Go here at least once a month to help with my neck and back pain. I usually do a chiro visit then a massage all in one place. Very convenient and good people. They always get me back in action. (No pun intended)

This practice is the best I've ever been with. They have a great staff and a warm family atmosphere. They have everything you need in house from Chiro, Physical therapy, to massage. And they are very accommodating and eager to help in anyway.

Dr.Eric Wruck is one of the best chiropractic doctors on Maui! I've been working with him for over 20 years!

I was having back pain and he sure did help alot!!!! Great service and staff are awesome. If your having back pain I would definitely recommend Dr.Wruck!!!

Pretty disappointed with how my experience went. I had recently booked an appointment with their office, the lady who helped me to get it booked provided well detailed information and made my booking process a breeze being that this would be my FIRST ever visit here. I called today, to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. The receptionist/operator who handled my call put me on hold to confirm my appointment. When she got back on the line with me, she basically told me there wasn’t going to be a Dr. present for my scheduled appointment time which was in the morning but they had availability for 2pm. She didn’t apologize immediately and her demeanor over the phone had not empathy towards the situation. I would’ve been okay with it if they communicated it sooner is what i told her. Her reason behind why she couldn’t let me know sooner was “we just found out, and that’s why I took long to get back on the phone.” I understand they just found out which things happen how ever I do not appreciate how she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience firstly when coming back on the line and she could definitely have more training on how she speaks with clients in showing empathy. Her tone and demeanor immediately changed after asking for her name. Im not mentioning her name, however I hope this reaches the proper personnel or owner. So that this could be addressed for future instances. It’s an inconvenience to me because the scheduled appointment I had was during my only day off I had during the week, and moving around my schedule on my day off to later time is a big hassle when I do have other things that are time sensitive to do on my day off. Im glad I called because I would’ve been very disappointed and dissatisfied had I came in only to be told the Dr. wasn’t in. It also didn't sound reassuring on her end that they would have given me a courtesy call that the Dr. wasn't coming in.
