Island Fresh Café - Paia

Island Fresh Cafe was recommended by some family members so we had to check out. Glad we did! First of all the Maui blend coffee, iced and hot, was really nice. We also got a coconut - super refreshing! I had the bacon Benedict and was truly satisfied. So happy we came here and will be back again!

Can't say enough good things about Island Fresh Cafe! From the owners to servers make you feel welcome. I was in Maui for a short visit and came here everyday for breakfast and lunch. It was delicious and fresh! Great atmosphere, a true Maui experience! They also have fresh organic sourdough bread for sale and locally made retail items.

We came here for breakfast almost every day on our honeymoon. The food was delicious and the staff was always nice and friendly. We enjoyed the fresh juice and Acai bowls they had. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. A couple of times, they forgot something for our meal but would immediately get it when we mentioned it. Cute fruit stand in the front parking lot as well. The parking fills up fast so we would definitely recommend getting here early for breakfast.

This was the cutest Cafe. They have a lot of gluten free options. We had gluten free pancakes that were delicious and an acai bowl served in the cutest coconut shell! It's connected to a yoga studio and has all the vibes. Highly recommend. Sometimes they have live music but we weren't able to stay for it. Next time!

We came here twice during our trip in Maui because we loved it. Food is fresh, service excellent. I highly recommend the chocolate Bowl

Island Fresh Cafe is a must stop in Paia! It is adorable, delicious food (banana bread French toast, say no more) and some the friendliest people we met on the island. We found out just how friendly once we got to the airport. I had forgotten my water bottle at the cafe. It was filled with National Park stickers that I had spent of 7 years collecting. When we called, they offered to run it to the airport! I was returned my water bottle and greeted with a hug. This was an example of the generosity of the people of Paia.

We had beakfast here the other day and had to come back here for lunch. We chose the Hawaiian plate which was out of this world! Fried rice, pulled pork, grilled fish, salad and pineapple salsa, yum! We also tried the deliscious Curry Heaven with shrimp. But to our surprise there was also a sushi menu so we ordered from that one too. The server, who was also super nice and informative btw, told us Chef Seto has been making sushi for over 50 years and it showed. Highly recommend this cute little spot!

This was a spontaneous find for breakfast and I couldn't have been happier! The staff were very welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing and delightful. The food was delicious and they easily made accommodations for gluten-free Benedict. I will definitely be back.

Great Super Loco w/choice of Pork (Fish/Beef)! I declined all the healthy options, which looked amazing at the tables around me. Shrimp Benedict was a solid choice!

Excellent food. I joked with my husband saying that we had to come to an island in the Pacific to have one of the best breakfast burritos we’ve ever had. We ordered the Surf’s up breakfast burrito and the banana bread French toast. The French toast was very unique and every bite worth the risk of trying something new. 10/10 recommend this place.

I was looking for an Açai Bowl in Pa’ia and i found Island Fresh Cafè that offers so many pther dish options.

Stopped here for lunch with the family as we were in the Paia area.
Immediate friendly service and good speed. The smoothies were a good size and the lunch we had (burger, salmon toast and banana bread) was delicious and fresh.
It's a nice quiet area from the main part of the town. Recommended.

Great little family owned place. Indoor and outdoor dining. Fast service and friendly staff. Perfect relaxing atmosphere and great for families, ideal place to stop after visiting Twin Falls. They sell souvenirs and coconuts too, and their banana bread is delicious!

If you drive a bit further in PAIA up 390, past all the parking madness, a few miles up on the left is the Island Fresh Cafe. The food is amazing, the best meal we've has so far! I had the hawaiian lunch plate with shrimp and pork. I highly recommend this lovely place.

Amazing food and wonderful service. I will definitely be back next time in Paia Town! Banana bread French toast and Eggs Benedict were both phenomenal.

Very close to Paiai but without the hassles!

Food is really good here… very fresh. The hours on Google say they are open for dinner, but this is incorrect. Breakfast and lunch only. Appears to be a family run business. They have some indoor seating, but most are outside. This area is quite windy, so you may occasionally have something fly off your table! Service is fast and friendly. Food comes out very quickly. Everything we tried here was delicious. In the several times we came in, we tried: pork benedict, fish benedict, healthy breakfast plate, avocado toast, several açaí bowls, several smoothies, and the banana bread. A must try when you are in the area.

After visiting Haleakala National Park, our tour guide dropped us here for breakfast.

The entrance of the restaurant is surrounded with local art & goods for sale.

I had the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had in my life, fresh baked banana bread & the perfect breakfast sandwich made of eggs, bacon & cheese (no photos included because I instantly devoured it!)
The owner continuously checked on us & her aura is radiant !!!

Absolutely delicious from start to finish! Had eggs benedict platters for my mom and I. Coffee was amazing and fresh. All the sides and utlinsels are in cute little containers. Screams home- town hippy feel. Will DEFINITELY be coming back someday! Also! Has fresh fruit, veggies, flowers and an adorable little surf shop next door!

Spectacular spot Off the road and well worth the stop. The food was delicious! Beautiful presentation. The relaxed vibe and upbeat music sits between a therapeutic massage venue and a yoga studio! What else you ask for in paradise! Mahalo for a perfect afternoon meal!
