Wow! Cannot say enough about the service here!! They fixed our flat when everyone else was closed -super fast and amazing customer service. Many mahaolos to these employees!

So nice to find a station that can still do full service. Since Iʻm not ma`a at all to car maintenance, it was good to have my tires and engine fluid levels checked. Will be coming back regularly to have these things checked. The employees were super friendly and helpful.

I had a nail in my new 4Runner tire, pulled up to the gas station, and they fixed my tire while my daughter & I sat in the car with the engine running. The attendant even came to my window to take my payment! I didn't even have to get out of my car!!! Every attendant was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this business. One of my tires seemed to be slowly leaking. Brought my car here and they found a small nail stuck in the tire. Within minutes they removed it, patched the tire, and put air. Super reasonable price and everyone was very friendly! Saved me from having to buy a new tire! Thank you!

Had a flat tire on the way to ride the Road to Hana. This place was able to patch us up quickly and, even better, was one of the few places open and available to do so on a Sunday.

I have been going to Aloha Shell since 1978. They have proven to be impeccably honest and always helpful. Also, they still pump gas for their customers which is important for an old lady like myself. Though I live some miles away from their station, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my automotive needs.

Friendly staff agreed to lend me pliers in order to remove a nail from my tire so I could repair (using a kit) on the spot. They saved my day! Not to mention they have free air!

I go only for recycles, sometimes the boys aren't helpful at all. Carts need to be fix. But most of the time they pick up the fallen recycles. In store, they're always nice and friendly.

I've been using Aloha Shell for many years now and their honest and efficient service is as good as it gets ! I took my Nissan truck in today for repair of a broken brake light switch. I was expecting to either leave it or wait several hours for the repair, But Curt fixed it on the spot and I didn't have to wait. Bravo Curt. I will always go back to Aloha Shell.

Terrific "old school" service. My friend needed to have her van tire checked for leaks. Repair guy went over whole tire, found nothing, no charge for the service!

Grateful for Shell Gas Station on Puunene being able to fix my leaking tire on the spot, especially when another automotive business was not able to find the leak twice.
