Aloha Kihei CrossFit

We visited Aloha Kihei CrossFit during the Open Games. We had to complete our 24.3 workout and we had a great experience in this gym! Very friendly and hospitable to visitors. Great coaches and members!

As a CF coach for 5 years now, I always love silently seeing how others run classes. Dropped into Aloha Kihei while vacationing and had an excellent experience. Setup and equipment was beautiful, clean, and organized. Jordan coached and was superb at running through the warmup, movements, and briefing and was respectful of the timeframe. Mayhem programming was as usual clever and fun—without shoving too many things into the hour—including a solid warmup, a nice pace, and plenty of time to cool down. The other class members were the friendliest we’ve met on the island so far! The setup to drop in was easy and simple and the owner was available quickly for questions the day or so before dropping in. If you’re looking for a gym to drop into or become a member at, this is a stand-out choice! I would trust my friends or family to train at this gym as well as any newcomer—you will be taken care of here. Thank you Jordan and Frank!

Fantastic box, great programs! We got trained by owner & coach Frank, who is a legend! He is very helpful, encouraging and a great coach. Gym is well equipped, spacious and clean, and close to Kihei. Lovely community as well. Will definitely go back when we get the chance to visit Maui again. All the best Frank!

Great coaching (Coach Joe and Jordan). Great programming (Mayhem). Welcoming members. We bought a 3 pack of workouts for a week vacation and it was perfect. Will definitely come back when we visit Maui.

Spent a month in Maui and attended CrossFit group classes 3x a week. Highly recommend. Everyone, staff and class members, are super welcoming! Staff are very knowledgeable and I learned a lot and had a great time! Great facility! Tons of equipment and all new machines. Joe is my fav coach! I’m Going to miss this place! Be back next year for sure!

Me and my wife dropped in here during our stay at Maui and felt welcome by some encouraging, fun, and friendly members and staff! Thorough warm up, good workout, and some pretty sweet merch! Jordan, the coach, was so welcomeing, encouraging, engaged, and helpful! I'd encourage anyone to give them a visit!

Dropped in a few times. Very clean and organized gym. Fellow athletes very welcoming as well as Coach Frank! Great communication prior to and during each workout. Highly recommend dropping in if you’re visiting the island!

My wife and I dropped-in for three days last week and had an awesome time. We felt like we were at the CrossFit we go to at home in California. Frank is an amazing coach and you can tell how much the people in his class mean to him. I don't know when we will be back in Maui, but when we are, we will definitely be going back to see Frank and Aloha Kihei CrossFit!

I’ve been doing CF for 4 months now, (complete newbie) and both Coach Frank and Coach Dre have been amazing; they truly do love what they do. They have built a safe and fun community for ALL levels. They have a great balance of pushing you to exceed your goals, but also willingness in working with people, like myself, to scale on areas that need extra time to build strength without shaming. Everyone that I have trained with has been supportive, encouraging, & welcoming. Entering the box was intimidating at first, but I enjoy showing up and doing more than I thought I was capable of. We stopped in 3 times during our one-week vacation in Maui. The facility is great and the trainers are awesome! They were very nice and accommodating - they introduced us to people and showed us where the equipment is. It was an amazing experience - thanks for keeping us fit!

I was a drop-in today while on vacation. A very nice, large box. Friendly people and Coach Frank was very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my workout and will probably return in a day or two. If you sign up online, you get a discount and T-shirt is about $26, class same price. Give it a try, you’ll like it!

This box is a fantastic place to workout. The coaches are extremely knowledgable. Whether you're familiar with CF or you're just starting out, these coaches will be able to help you with your fitness journey. I've been a member for over 2 years and I've seen so many great accomplishments happen here. The members are great, we love drop-ins, its a fun place to workout.

I dropped in over a vacation and this box was great. Very welcoming to guests and did Mahem programing. Also got lots of good tips from the coaches. 10/10 would recommend!!! 💪💪💪

I’ve always been “into fitness” but I have LOVED being a part of Aloha Kihei CrossFit! The fitness side is amazing, coaches are so encouraging and care more about the health of my body than how much weight I can lift. Dre, Frank and Brandon are seriously the best and I would recommend this gym to anyone who was interested! The community is unreal and unlike any other group I’ve ever been apart of, we have a blast and all lift each other up and are stoked for new PR’s and just kicking butt on the daily! If you’re looking for a good time and have the best bod on the island this is your place!

Wonderful group of people and great workouts! It was a great addition to our vacation. Coaches were awesome, good equipment and good space. Looking forward to coming back next time we are in Maui!
