Makawao Town Pharmacy

This store is conveniently located in the heart of Makawao town and there is parking available in front of the store and nearby. I love the customer service and the fact they they go out of their way to help customers. The store has a little bit of everything which is super helpful in a small town. They have always had what I was looking for and even offered to call me when a product came in if it was temporarily out of stock. The entire staff is first rate. Thanks so much for bringing a ray of sunshine into Makawao!

The best pharmacy ever..they tend to your needs and are always quick! Never have to wait for a long time like other pharmacies! They help you get your medicines if you need to take a trip and take it with you so you dont have to worry😊

Rudest most unprofessional pharmacist on the island. My Dr is right next door and I have used food land pharmacy for years with no problems. Well they closed April 16th so it was makawao pharmacy or longs. I live closer to makawao plus I figured small business so give them the dollars. Boy was I wrong I went in to get my prescription and was told by pharmacist that she was not going to refill it. Would not give me a reason just said she wasn't after telling my Dr she would. On top of being rude as hell to me they were also very rude and unprofessional this morning when my 75 year old father stoped by to get it for me so I would not have to leave work early. But that did not work out so I ended up leaving work early to go deal with the pharmacy because I am out of my pills. Turns out they just like to be rude to everyone. Very unprofessional I am a local and I will never shop here or have anything ever refilled at this business. Worst service on the island. Would give negative stars if I could.

This pharmacy will NEVER get my business, they are all about money and care nothing about the health of our community. During an island-wide dearth of home covid tests, the owner of this pharmacy is charging triple the price of the tests! On an online community bulletin board discussing their heinous (and ILLEGAL!) price gouging, it was revealed that they are repeat offenders of this evil greed and have been price gouging all items that were in short supply since the pandemic began. Horrible, greedy, mainland attitude business.

My wife came to the store 9 minutes before closing to get me medication and was not let in or permitted to get the medication.
BS service get it together.

Not happy they should keep up with their status because they are closed at 1 p.m. on Saturdays and 5:30 during the week so this is not for the working people
