Terrible customer service!!! Ordered flowers on their website Tuesday May 5th to be delivered Saturday May 9th for Mother’s Day. Received ordered number AND confirmation email after purchasing. Called Saturday afternoon to get a status of the order because they hadn’t been delivered yet. Lady that answered the phone told me that their truck doesn’t run on Saturdays. I went on to explain that their website let me chose Saturday as the delivery date and asked to speak to someone else. This lady gets on the phone only to tell me they never received my order but I received confirmation email and order number? I asked if I could come pick them up instead and she tells me they don’t have the flowers I ordered. Instead of offering me something else in return she just goes on to yell at me saying they never received my order! Continues to yell at me on the phone instead of explaining nicely that they didn’t receive my order. Sounds like she doesn’t know how to check her own website for orders! Would not recommend ordering your flowers through them!

I used 1800flowers to order an arrangement to be delivered next day for my mom's birthday(paid extra for this). My mom gets a call at 4:30pm that they can't make her arrangement because they don't have the stuff to make it.
