Jack's Family Restaurants

I don't know the name of the guy working Sunday afternoon the 14th but he was doing a great job. Poor fella was completely by himself, im sure someone called out. But he was still taking care of everyone. Really respect and appreciate it.

The food was very good customer service was the best they were very well staffed and our food was out hot and fresh next time I come through Hartsville I'm going to make sure I stop again

Jacks pretty much always hits right. I get 2 cheeseburgers and freaking fries. also lean to the cookies and cream milkshake ❤

We eat at this Jack's all the time on our lunch break during work hours. This Jack's is a 5 star worthy restaurant as far fast food goes. Orders are always correct & food is great. Staff are professional & courteous. Enjoy! ^_^

Food was fresh and hot. Our lady who waited on us was amazing. My little boy is special needs he is trying to learn to be more independent. She was so great waiting on him and taking his order. Thanks for the extra kindness

Always seem to get frustrated when you ask simple questions, Idk if it's hard to hear or they get annoyed. . Either way I love Jack's burgers so I'll take a teenage attitude for one lol.

I don't remember rating this place 5 stars 2 years ago, but I know why I did. They had the best biscuit and breakfast sandwich that I've ever eaten. It was so good it prompted me to leave this review.

I have gone in a few times at various times, so far I have not been disappointed. The staff is always so friendly and pleasant. The food always tastes amazing. Great place for when momma doesn’t want to cook.

Above grade fast food restaurant! LOVE their breakfasts. Always fresh and hot! It's hard to enjoy the competitor's food anymore. My favorite snack of the day is Diet Dr. Pepper and their delicious fries. And don't forget the Comeback Sauce! Their new manager, Ryan, does a great job!

I love this place they even let me call ahead and order gotta love it and dinner for breakfast so great. Then if the little older lady is at the window you better believe the line is moving fast. She is so awesome...

Ashley was very efficient and she was very friendly... even tho the drive thru was not working the order taker was quick and friendly. The guys taking out the trash were respectful and kind ...👍🏾

Even though it was a long line in the drive thru, they handled it quickly and efficiently. The food is very good, although my breakfast wrap was cold, but tasty.
