Super shop, very knowledgeable service, for as backed up in work, Chad made my daughter's mtb a priority. From out of town and needed to get her bike in good working order, he did that and more. Happy experience after my 6th grandson Clyde was born, can't wait to come back and get him and his great family on the trails

The people at Tri City Bicycles are extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went in to have my son fitted for a helmet and have the brakes fixed on his balance bike. As soon as I walked in there was a friendly greeting and I was immediately assisted. His bike was fixed and ready in the time it took for another gentleman to help pick the perfect helmet for my son. The men really explained things in a way a novice like myself could understand without being condescending and they complimented my son on his bike which had him smiling and really ready to show off his bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Prepping for a race soon. Came in for some tires and few other accessories. Great customer service. They noticed my seat was a little low and fixed it for me right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Offers group rides Saturday :)

Everyone at Tri-City Bicycles have been nothing but super friendly, informative, and helpful as a newbie to the sport. They are always willing to go out of their way when approached with questions. Made buying my first bike easy. Will continue to go for service, parts and accessories, and planning on future group rides and clinics.

Genuine Kindness.
went in because of knee pain I've had while riding. The man working there was genuinely kind. He took time to work with me on shoes, answer my questions, educate me on alignment, and adjusted my current shoes to help remove the riding pains I've been experiencing. It was nice to get great customer service and meet such a good person who truly cared. I've been on several long rides since then and the knee is doing great! Thanks for being a true asset to our community.

I love this shop and won't go anywhere else. The owner is always friendly, accomodating and welcoming and the work is amazing and very reasonably priced. I am older and have some back and neck issues and they are always helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions and adjustments to my bikes. I highly recommend Tri City for all bike needs, they are the best!

Best bike shop in the area period. I have never had a bad experience here at all. The owner and his staff are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. They are also avid cyclists, and support the local community. If you ever need honest advice about the sport, talk to these guys, they live for it.

Super friendly and helpful people! I just learned to ride a bike a few weeks ago on a borrowed bike, and went to Tri-City Bicycles to buy one of my own. Unlike the bike shop in Temple, where I was condescended to for being a beginner, the people at TCB went out of their way to make sure I could try out the bike I was thinking of buying (they did not have one in stock). They were happy to answer all of my newbie questions, and were patient showing me how to detach the front wheel and brakes so I could fit the bike in my car. I love my new bike, and definitely recommend this shop!

My experience at TC Bikes was the best ever. I have an older bike that I had totally rebuilt at TC, it is now better than new and the cost was less than I expected. Hats off to TC Bikes, they are customer oriented and they listen.. The other guys in Temple are focused on selling you a new bike and nothing else and have lousy customer skills. TC is the best..

I bought a bike online and had Tri-City assemble it. I had been to two other bike stores, and when they tried to sell me a bike their "fit" was to have me sit on it. The team at Tri-City did a complete fitting and they explained everything. He also told me to ride it and bring it back if I needed it adjusted. Additionally, they put on the bag kit I bought and told me to come for a group ride. Super great people!

Best place to get everything you need for cycling in the central Texas area. The bikes, services and accessories are top notch. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my bikes or services. Can’t go wrong with this locally owned small bike shop.

My husband was wounded severely in Iraq and does not 'look' like your average rider. But Chad calls him by name, keeps his bike in top notch shape and treats him with dignity and respect that is part of Chad's character. We only use TCB and I appreciate their knowledge and support as hubs rides for pleasure, now. Chad, you're just an awesome guy, all around.

These guys were fantastic. I'm new to mountain biking and they basically hooked me up with exactly what I needed at waaaay under my budget. A+ customer service from all of the staff. If you buy a bike, you get free service from them for 1 year. Sweet deal.

My wife and I are loving TCB. We were having trouble finding a fun, friendly, and knowledgeable LBS since we moved to the area. I think we have found our new hangout with TCB! In the last week, they have worked on our road bikes, we've bought merchandise, and we've gone on a ride organized by them. If you need a tune-up, a new helmet, or want to go on a group ride, this is your place.

Great shop near the trails of Dana Peak Park. Has everything you need for trail riding, and great people too. I didn't buy anything but I still got info about the trails and friendly advice from the staff. I'll be heading here again next time I go to Benton.

Chad(Owner) has been involved with Central Texas biking for decades. He knows bikes like the back of his hand. Tri-City staff will go out of their way to make sure you have what you want and how you want it. Nothing negative to say whatsoever. Also is heavily influential in local MTB trail building and maintenance as well as event organization. Lucky to have them around!

Chad Welch made my wife Kim Beagley's road bike race-ready for the 70.3 mile IRONMAN in Galveston this past Sunday. No issues on the course, she make her best time on the bike, thank you Chad for the great tune-up and customer service. We recommend Tri-City Bicycles of Belton TX. He knows his trade.
