Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Belton Lake Road

Visited this clinic today - had an EKG, x-ray, labs and then got a callback all in the same day! Granted, I don’t expect that to be norm because most of those things take time unless it’s a true emergency. But, wow, still super impressive to have all of that information given to me by noon.

Also, everyone I met was kind courteous and helpful. Very accommodating, I opted to see a physician there as my PCP because of how well I was treated!

Thank you to all of the staff that saw me today. Keep doing a stellar job! 😊

Anyways, everyone has their own experiences and this was my first time at this clinic, on a Sunday. It was slow and I was seen immediately without an appointment. Initially, I was asked to come back 2 hours later but then the Physican said they could see me now, very professional and listened to my symptoms without judgement.

Physican told me what was wrong and prescribed my medication to my preferred pharmacy. In and out in under 20 minutes. I will definitely come back to this location.

Outstanding service! Went in early morning for a shot to rid allergies; entered lobby after screening, intake was quick, sat down less than 5 min.and then processed to receive shot - in and out. Every single staff I talked with from the front door, intake, techs, and Narisha Ali - ALL were professional, respectful, kind and pleasant. One of the happiest visits ever. They didn't try to push things onto my bill I didn't ask for, They didn't try to scare me into taking a COVID test like Express Emergency Room Temple tried to do (causing me to walk out and waste my time). I was very pleased with the service at Belton's Baylor Scott & White Convenient Care Clinic and recommend it to others. Get there early morning and beat the crowds. I hope they continue to satisfy patients as they did me.

My first time at this clinic and the staff is GREAT! I will definitely come back if need be. Everyone made me feel so welcome...it's so hard finding that these days. This staff took care of me like I was a close family member. Thank you all so much ❤🙌🏾

Me and my wife recently went in for a visit and had a wonderful experience. All the staff was friendly, personable and considerate. We arrived 3 minutes before opening and waited outside as a line was formed. It was approximately 10 minutes for roughly 6-7 people to get checked in and pay for their visit. We both were told to wait In our vehicle and that they would call us. Once we got to the vehicle we recieved the call with instructions. I was given an exam, x-ray and EKG. We both were very impressed with how things operate at this location. The staff is very efficient and thorough, at no point during our visit did we feel uncomfortable, nervous or rushed through. We would gladly visit this location again if the situation arises. This is a great choice for an affordable visit for your health needs.

We use this Convenient Care whenever we cannot get into our Primary Care. In the last three years we've been here at least half a dozen times. Every time we've come we've been treated excellently. Today's visit was no different. Cody at the front desk checked us in quickly but not in a rush, despite the line behind us. Cody was caring and professional. The nurse was very kind and proficient in getting us into the building. Since the Covid protocols have been put into place, which makes any clinic difficult, this clinic seems to run more efficiently and the staff still manages to remain friendly and kind.
Healthcare workers are not appreciated enough and I just want to say I appreciate having this clinic and staff available for my child.

Great clinic! Providers and staff always friendly and helpful and they let you know if there's a wait time so it is expected at check-in. During flu season they are busier but that's expected and if you don't want to wait then go see your primary. This is a walk-in clinic, no appointment times so it's first come-first served, although higher acuity take precedence. People are giving unnecessary bad reviews and obviously don't understand what a convenient care is about.

Great Urgent Care Clinic! This was our first visit and we will only go here from now on. My son broke his arm and they checked us in, did x-rays and put a cast on, and we were there a total of 35 minutes. The staff was amazing

I took all 6 of my children here on 2 different occasions and the wait time was minimal...it took longer to get all my kiddos checked in than it did to have them seen. The doctor both times was thorough and great with kids! It was a total of maybe an hour in and out to see all 6 of my children and myself! Highly recommended by me. ;)

Given the fact I was a non emergency on a Saturday afternoon, I was seen in a reasonable amount of time, the staff and Drs were nice, and I received the treatment/follow-up I came in for, it was a good experience.

Took my son for a pretty urgent matter. He was in quite a bit of pain. The wait was almost no time at all. The Dr (not sure if I can post his name or I would) but he was really great. He even called the next day to check on my son!! Thanks Doc 😃😃 and S&W Staff!!!!

I've been going here when they're open to prevent the ER for me and my family (wife and 6 kids) and have always been treated with the utmost respect and truly caring. The receptionists always ask about my family when they're not with me and I've even got my mother hooked on going here. It's alot faster then the ER and they do the best that they can for such a small clinic. I've been going here and will continue to go here as long as I live in the belton area. Great staff and the wait isn't anything compared to the ER.

OMG, I just finished with this super urgent care. As soon as I walked in the 2 receptionists greeted me and i was registered in 5minutes, got called back in less than 10 and Jennifer, medical assistsnt was very friendly and Cassie was very nice and knowledgeable. I was out within 30minutes. I'm just visiting from Ohio and I will recommend to my daughter and her hubbies to come here if needing an urgent care. Thank you all.

I love this place. The best staff I have encountered in a long time. They are always professional and always friendly. The doctors are amazing. I would choose them anytime. I highly recommend this clinic.

Thank you Baylor, Scott, and White! LISTEN UP PEOPLE! If you’re sick (non-life threatening illnesses), injured (minor), and you don't want to sit in an ER for 3+ HOURS, go to the URGENT CARE! I go to the Urgent Care when I cannot get in with my doctors right of way! The same care you will receive at the ER, you will receive at the urgent care! CALL first, ask questions to make sure you can receive care there, but go to the URGENT CARE, get SEEN, and get ON with your dayyyyy! Very FAST, AWESOME CARE, Very PATIENT FRIENDLY! Again, THANK YOU BAYLOR, SCOTT, and SCOTT for providing AWESOME SERVICE, and for this URGENT CARE!

I have gone here many times and have never had a bad experience. It's fast, and thorough in my opinion. I like the nurses and the doctors and love that the pharmacy is right next door.

The doctor and nurse I saw were both welcoming, professional, and to the point. I was seen quickly, but didn't feel rushed, and they were able to get me connected with the medicine I needed almost immediately. I appreciate it.

My experience here was great from the reception too the CMA Katrina & the Doctor Thuy Vo, DO... Also Mr. Sanchez lol! Best Clinic ❤❤❤ It took less then 30mins (In&Out)

I was in and out within thirty minutes and was treated respectfully from all of the staff. The FNP I saw explained everything very clearly and I’d go there again if I needed an urgent care.
