First time coming here and glad I did! Sandwich could've used mustard but that aside, my Jimmy Cubano sub was deliciously excellent.

Since Killeen does not have a JimmyJohn's, i go all the way to Belton a few times a year. If Killeen had a JimmyJohn's, i would go more often. The meat and bread are fresh, and fresh fast food is rare these days.

I recommend a visit to this Jimmy John's location. Great service, great food, and freaky fast preparation.

Both of us ordered #7 SPICY EAST COAST ITALIAN served on gutted, fresh-baked 8" French bread. It's a tasty Italian sandwich, made with a double serving of hand-sliced salami and capocollo, plus hand-sliced provolone cheese, and topped with easy mayo, hot Jimmy Peppers®, house-made oil & vinegar, oregano-basil and fresh-sliced lettuce, tomato and onion. It's was absolutely divine.

We also tried a side of the HOMESTYLE POTATO SALAD and the PESTO BOWTIE PASTA SALAD. They were great! We did not even know they offered the side salads now. I recommend picking some up! They are yummy!

The service was excellent, the food was sooooo good, and our order was delivered to us perfectly. I highly recommend a visit!

Stopped in for an early lunch while out running errands, we weren't sure what to order and the team was super full helpful in getting it narrowed down (you know 7 year olds never order from the menu).

I worked here as a delivery driver for a few months and it was a very welcoming experience. I had good days and bad days but every day i felt a part of a team. One of the managers Travis, is a snarky yet very funny and friendly guy who cares about his business and his employees. Throughout the entire training process i received help and even afterwards too. Nobody expects you to do things you haven't learned to do and most of the managers were always willing to cover positions on the fly had the other in shop employees not been confident in their ability to complete a task or simply not know how. Another stand out manager, Barton was the friendly giant every fast food joint never knew they needed. My time spent there was a great experience and there are times i wish i was still behind that deli cooler cutting pickles and prepping sandwiches. From an inside perspective JJs has always valued cleanliness and a fun comfortable environment. I wasn't a believer in cold subs before JJs but they took my world and turned it upside, in a great way. Only downside is the unfortunate proximity to low income neighborhoods where i was paranoid while out on delivery. Other than that this is a great, fun and friendly place to work. I genuinely felt treated like a part of the JJ fam.

I love the food from here and all the employees are always very polite and helpful. Not as speedy as it was months ago, within the last month or so I always have a little wait to get my food even for just one sandwich item. Still worth a little wait though.

Clean, consistent and good food. Not the fastest JJ's I've ever been to. Employees are not outgoing or friendly. Can't really complain about this location all things considered.

Staff is very helpful and always makes our food so quickly. I really enjoy the "un-wich" option, it's one of the only sandwich shops that will do lettuce wraps. We are so happy to have a fast food option available for our diet!

Our favorite place to go for sandwiches. Especially to go on the road. As they are refreshing, even after sitting in the car for a while.

I like cold-cuts, wifey hates 'em. She's in the hospital now, so I picked a sandwich up on my way home from visiting her, and enjoyed it with a cold glass of milk. It was a treat.

Jimmy John's is always quick and the family loves their sandwiches. Kids love the Little John combo. Good stuff.

I go to school at UMHB and I went in her because I heard they accepted crucash, and I was so stoked. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, the employees were so happy and smiling and were so polite. Great service, great food, great hospitality!!

Jimmy has to be the most consistent fast food in the industry. Always good and always quick. #9 Italian night club is my personal fave.

Just ordered three great sandwiches. The BBQ chips were great and the sandwich so filling I'm going to have to wait to eat. Great service and wonderful food.

Fast friendly service, fully prepared subs how u like em and not fallin apart like other sandwich joints, which is why i stop on my way back to Laredo coming from Dallas because i dont lose time in picking up lunch.
