Knights Inn Belton

Rooms look recently remodeled, good sized tv, clean, housekeeping was in and out in a couple minutes didn't notice they restocked soap shampoo etc which is a plus because they smell great. Had no issues with male night clerk. Key got demagnetized and I went downstairs worried but the female clerk was absolutely fantastic. Went downstairs worried spoke to her smile on her face no problem let's get you taken care of, when I went back in room key worked she gave a call to the room just wanted to make sure you got in your room okay to save you a trip down if you need anything else just ask it's no problem. Honestly I would stay here again just because of her fantastic attitude she needs employee of the month a raise or something. Great priced hotel, way better than the rodeway inn. Love how there are cameras facing the parking lot. I do not have anything bad to say. But and extra set of pillows, a comforter on the beds, and a do not disturb sign would be amazing but next time I'm in this area I will definitely stay here again. Great price, great service, great rooms, clean, great location, cameras facing parking lot. Personally I feel I got the service of a $100 a night hotel and would probably pick this place over one if given the choice. Thanks for the amazing stay.

Took great care of us over a festival Weekend. Had a bad experience at another hotel and took us in last minute.
When We lost an item, staff became extremely Helpful.
So thankful for their service.
Even on a two night stay the Desk Clerk, knew our names and wished us safe travels.

The room was very clean. We rented a double bed and everything in the room was well kept and maintained. It was a nonsmoking room and the room did not smell, the carpets are clean, and the TV channels were clear. The front desk personnel are friendly and the cost was very attractive as compared to other lodging heading closer to Austin.

This place was cheaper than most hotels/motels when the winter storm hit bell county. We lost our power and water, and had no where to go. They didn’t price gouge us like other places were. It wasn’t perfect, but we were just grateful to have heat and warm water to bathe our children. Ernest was really nice and humble. When we had a problem, they came right away to help us. Thank you!

The customer service here is exceptional every time I stay, and I've stayed here throughout 20 years. They have like 100 channels in the room. Room is clean, and there is big beautiful oak trees on the property.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff. Cindy was very nice and helpful. Yes definitely bring your own towel as there's are really small and thin. Rooms are clean. Will stay here again!

Customer service was outstanding! I stayed here for business and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Located right next to plenty of food options and right off the interstate. Couldn't ask for a better option at the price point.

I stay here everytime I visit town(3rd time now) I've never had an issue, reasonable price, great staff, free breakfast, quiet, safe, wifi, great A/C(important when you live in AZ) and I always get the room I request. :) I will continue to spend my nights(more like weeks) here when I do get the chance to visit beautiful Belton! Thanks for everything!!

I just want to say these folks worked with me on helping a single mom who is down on her luck have a place to stay for a few nights. I believe the lady’s name was Cindy. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Because I am far out dumb kind of. It was comfortable and a learning stay . Safety is concerning. But I was unbothered .

Nice friendly lady. At desk best waffles. Hot coffie all ways. Low low pirce heb just down the street and gas.

Nice room, great wifi but the pool is closed and will never be open.
