This is the BEST place!! When they cleaned my carpet, I was SO pleased! I've used other companies and didn't get as thorough of a job as they did. Ten thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I've used Bell Co. Carpet services several times but this will be my last. The tech arrived 45 mins before my scheduled appt, which was not a problem since I had prepared most of the rooms the day before. He spent a total of 18 mins from the time he arrived until leaving to clean three rooms of carpet. He said it would take 2-4 hours for them to dry. I had AC and fans running, but they were still wet the next morning and light stains were still visible. I called to let them know and found out that techs are given 1.5 hours for the job. They set up a time to have the work redone and the same tech was sent. As we walked thru and I showed him my concerns, he made several excuses, from saying there was too much urine in the carpet (which there wasn't any) to blaming the owner for poor business practices. He redid the work and it's still not the best, but it's not worth asking them to do it again. They also didn't tell me on the phone when I scheduled the work that there are different prices if you pay cash, check or card. Had I known, I would have paid cash.

Warning: Be wary of promises made over the phone at the time of scheduling. I called to take advantage of their (3) rooms + hallway for $89 special.When scheduling I told the "gentleman" on the phone that I did not have a hallway so was wondering if they could clean my area patio rug in lieu of the hallway. He said "absolutely...no problem." Today they show up and tell me that the area rug on the patio counts as one of the rooms. I told the technician that's not what was agreed to on the phone. The tech called the office and he comes back and says...I talked to the office the she said she remembers talking to you and that's not what was agreed to. I told him i never spoke to a woman so for her to say she remembers speaking to me is a flat out lie. "Live and learn"...won't use again.
