Actually one of the fastest appointments I've ever had at vehicle registration I only waited 2 minutes before being called! Courteous and friendly workers willing to help. They answered all my questions and even gave a quote on the cost of title transfer!

I left the Temple location to come to this one. There was a line like usual but I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you all for working efficiently!

Fastest place I’ve been. I was there at 805 and out in less than 10 mins from when I came in. Plus the lady that helped me was nice.

Not sure if it's new management or advances in processes, but they are absolutely killing it on service and speed these days. Do not change what yall are doing because it is working

I am Active Duty in the Army and current stationed out of state. I purchased a new vehicle and was trying to register it at my home of record. I Worked with Maria F. on multiple occasions through email and phone calls. Every conversation was professional and she went way above and beyond to assist me. Over months of back and forth assisting me with paperwork issues and tracking things down. I was very impressed with her dedication to assisting me when she probably didn’t need to do as much as she did!! Hands down one of the best interactions I have had with them!! Thank you so much!!!

Killeen branch sucks and wanted 3 1/2 hours of my time. Came to this location the woman was so kind and helpful. Checked in & was out 30 minutes later with new car registration for my husband!

Moved here from Florida. Registering my car was such a pleasure. I had made an appointment and got there about 10 min early. No other people there and was able to go right to the window and was done within 15 min. Thank you Bell County for such efficient system.

Easy to find. Sign in at kiosk inside front door andvget a number. Waited just a few minutes. Nice staff.

I was not able to come in and get what I needed to get done due to a flaw in the computer system. However, the way it was handled was top notch. To save me hassle for my next trip in, the woman working with me wrote a few things on a Post-It note to help the next clerk speed through my request. She also took the time to double check with her supervisor. Yeah, it's a small gesture. However, those small things don't go unnoticed. Especially in a place where people expect to be treated a certain type of way. Just remember, they don't make the rules. They'd be a lot more understanding of your situation if you can show them that same respect. The woman who helped me really understood my frustrations without me taking them out on her.

I walked in around noon on a Tuesday and expected to wait a minimum of an hour. However, my number was called within 10 min of my arrival, and the lady who helped me was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was able to get Texas license plates immediately. The whole process was quick and painless.

I made an appointment so was called to a window within 5 minutes of arrival. Staff was polite, efficient, patient and professional. Bell County is fortunate to have these great employees.
