River Springs at Barge Ranch

I can not express enough how wonderful my experience was at River Springs Apartment Complex, not only was the team in the leasing office so sweet and welcoming, but the apartments are very well maintained along with the grounds- beautiful walking bridge and sidewalks throughout the entire property. The splash pad, kiddie pool, and game room with a large theater room were also amazing amenities to have! The property is quiet and felt very safe as well. They also have rotating food trucks that come through as well. Definitely a great place to live!

I'm a senior living alone. I've been here for over 2 years. It's the best managed property that can be found. The front office is so helpful with anything! The maintenance staff is so efficient and courteous over any situation. Things are taken care of immediately and property rules are followed and enforced. Hi I just want to say I really do love living here. You just can't ask for anymore amenities. It was a great summer at the pool. The pool and the pool area was always kept clean. Thank you guys
And I frequently use the In-house, Jim and it was always kept clean.
So I just want people that are after looking. This is a great place to live. A nice clean community and every morning. You come out your cars there.

My family and I truly enjoy living here. We have two small children and the amenities are great for them. There are two pools, a hot tub, a gym, plenty of parking, and we face the back of the property so we have a great view of the woods at night. We’ve had a maintenance issue once since living here and it was repaired the same day (on a weekend). So glad we found this complex!

River Springs is an amazing property! Very well maintained with amazing staff! If you are looking for an amazing apartment complex in Bell county this is the top choice!

I have lived at many apartment complexes over the years and I’ve never had a better experience than the one I’ve had at River Springs.

The property is clean and well maintained, and the amenities are wonderful. The theater room and the splash pad are things you just don’t see very often!

Every time I have had a maintenance issue, it was quickly and professionally resolved. The office staff is always friendly, perky, and eager to please.

I moved to the area from Dallas, for work, and living here has been nothing but wonderful. I rarely post reviews, so that should tell you something. Thank you, River Ranch!

We relocated to Texas recently. Apartment searching is always difficult (for me anyways). Finding a community that checks off all of our boxes is nearly impossible, until we came across Rivers at Barge Ranch. Where do I start, well-maintained, office staff are phenomenal, they have many amenities (yes, a splash pad, a kiddie pool, larger pool for adults, theatre room, etc). This is a great place for kiddos. We are backed up next to an actual ranch. The staff have made this process smooth and easy for us. We LOVE it here. If you’re considering applying, DO IT! Could not recommend an apartment complex more than this one.
I lived here for a year, and never had a complaint. If something needed maintenance, they were on it immediately. The pricing is one of the most affordable I’ve found in a very long time, pretty close to a dollar per square foot which is very hard to find nowadays. The complexes are beautiful, as well as their outside amenities. They have two pools, a splash pad for your children, a gym and a rec building with amazing things inside of it. The main office employees are phenomenal, especially the man that works up there. I moved out a few months ago, but if I didn’t have to move cities I never would’ve left.

The property is immaculate, the office is very accommodating, it’s definitely a place you want to go home to. I highly recommend this property.

This place is honestly amazing. The staff is super friendly, the grounds is kept clean and tidy. Maintence request are done in an extremely timely manner. This is my first apartment and I know a lot of other friends that live in apartment complexes in the temple area and they have nothing but complaints about the staff or how dirty it is around the apartment complex.
I have nothing but great things to say about this place. They are wonderful and friendly and it honestly makes living here a dream. The apartments are beautiful. I definitely recommend moving here if you are looking for a great quiet place to live.

I chose river springs due to location, property amenities and the office staff. The apartment comes with high speed internet and TV through Spectrum as a part of the rental agreement, it is very clean and aesthetically appealing and is a gated community. The community is quiet and has a safe and peaceful aura.

Maintenance has been quick, friendly, and courteous. The management staff always keeps you informed and alerts you when have packages left in the office for pick up. I definitely will renew my lease agreement when it is appropriate.

Fantastic place to live, easily my favorite apartments I've ever stayed in. The location being so close to groceries and some pretty solid restaurants is ideal. The apartments themselves are spacious and have a really warm color scheme, which I always prefer to lighter colors. I've lived in both the 1-bed and 3-bed and they were both great, about to move to a 2-bedroom with a floor plan that I like a lot. I love the dog park, I always see people letting their puppers play with each other, it's a friendly community. A lot of people here keep to themselves so the evenings and nights are almost always quiet, which is a huge plus for being close to a major road. Overall, I'd highly recommend this complex if you like the area.

I usually don't submit reviews. I recently moved out from River Springs due to relocation. However, I will miss living in this community. The property is beautiful and everyone was courteous and respectful. I loved my apartment and maintenance was top notch. If I ever need an apartment I will lease here again.

Where to start, so many GREAT things to say! First I chose this property because of location and the initially first impression. The property is kept immaculate. Daily it's picked up, and I never seen one piece of trash etc. Trash day is so efficient and by 0830, you don't even know there was trash waiting for pick up. Upon moving in, it was spotless! The office staff, management, and maintenance are top notch. I've had many Amazon deliveries with no issues. Any maintenance request I do, is immediately handled. The view and location is the BEST in Belton. There is absolutely no complaint with this place, and could not recommend more highly! Every promise, or contract obligation is handled, no surprises. Also a very quiet apartment complex, and all the amenities are excellent.

We have been looking for an apartment in the Temple area and came across River Springs at Barge Ranch while driving around. We stopped in and were greeting by a friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised with the area and value the apartments offered. Soon we will call River Springs at Barge Ranch home. Certainly looking forward to it.

There are many trees and almost everyone gets a nice view. There are many amenities and for a little extra you can have your apartment furnished which is nice as we travel for our job. It is close to a theater and HEB Plus grocery store, yet is has a feeling of being a little bit in the country. It seems very quite and I'm sure it will be a great place to relax and unwind.

I've lived here for more than two years; and in two different apartments. Management has high standards with excellent customer service. Work requests are fulfilled at lightning speed. I love the fact that management is not shy to let other renters know if their not following the rules (e.g. trash, illegally parked cars, balcony tidiness).

Love living here! Location is close to everything i need and the staff is amazing. The residents I met have been friendly and respectful. The dog park is great along with all the other amenities this place offers.
