Bryn Oaks Bed & Breakfast

Our entire family rented all the rooms inside the house recently and they were each so beautifully decorated, private and roomy. This historic house is gorgeous and we really enjoyed ourselves. The grounds are sprawling with multiple seating areas (and chickens!) and we enjoyed sitting outside at one of the 2 fire pits. The house is just down the street from campus so very convenient. Breakfast was delicious and was a nice touch but the most important thing for me when I’m away from home is whether I slept well. The neighborhood was quiet and the bed was wonderful. We are already planning our next stay!

Amazing Experience! Rhonda her husband, Ashley and her whole team are fantastic! Rhonda answered all of my party’s questions pre-arrival and gave us all the history of the B&B and the town. My party stayed in Cardinal, Live Oak, Yellow Rose and Chisholm and all of them were perfectly ready!

Check-in and parking was a breeze, perfect location walking distance from the little downtown area and seriously delicious breakfast!

We stayed in the Live Oak suite that sleeps 4 with our 2 children age (10) and (12). It was a wonderful stay. Room was lovely, has kitchen and fridge. Bathroom and Bedrooms were perfect - clean, great pillows and bedding, good air conditioner, all around great space. We loved this B&B - the chickens and cats reminded us of home. We had a wonderful breakfast in the dining room and learned a lot about Belton. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Rhonda and Kirk!!

Bryn Oaks Bed and Breakfast , what a great find. I thought I was back in New England. Our host Ronda provided hospitality , service, comfort, as well as, blessed myself and other guests with a 5 Star Breakfast. I will enjoy sharing the Bryn Oaks with my friend and others I know traveling to the area. It's centrally located in Historic Downtown Belton. This was my first stay, and planning my return. We stayed in the Bunker Room over the weekend of 6/23 - 6/25 and loved it! When we arrived the room was nice and cool. The room was lovely. The bed and pillows were awesome! We both slept like babies. Will definitely stay here again in the future when visiting friends in Belton. Thanks, Rhonda!

The accommodations for Bryn Oaks Bed & Breakfast from beginning to end were excellent, very satisfying, clean, and enjoyable. I had no problem sleeping through the night in comfort and I woke up feeling relaxed. The muffins were absolutely, positively delicious! Rhonda, the Owner is the best! She is very caring. I highly recommend staying there. I would do so again, myself.

A fantastic historic property that is meticulously maintained and preserved yet updated with all the modern comforts. Our room was well appointed and great care was taken to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Family recently stayed here for July 4th festivities in Belton. This was our 2nd time to stay in the Cardinal Suite in the Posada Duplex. Stayed here a few years ago as well. We absolutely love it we came back! Easy check in and check out. Clean, great service, awesome location, and love the grounds! Walking distance to everything in downtown Belton. Would rather stay here than any hotel in the area! This might become a family tradition every July 4th! Awesome hospitality!

Our stay in the Live Oak duplex was absolutely wonderful. It was a beautifully remodeled cabin with plenty of space. Our dogs were very happy there and had plenty of space to move around inside and outside. Breakfast was delicious and the main house was beautifully done also. The owners Rhonda and Kirk were so sweet and welcoming. We all left talking about how soon we could go back! Belton and Bryn Oaks are hidden gems for sure.

I stayed in the bluebonnet room and it was so adorable and cozy. This is really a hidden gem. There is truly a personal touch you can't get at hotels. Rhonda was so incredibly sweet and made sure that everything for the visit went well. Her breakfast was AMAZING and the house was beautiful. If you are looking for a cozy play to rest and relax, Bryn Oaks is definitely the right place. Clean rooms, great food, and kind hosts, what more could you ask for!

I highly recommend Bryn Oaks! This was my first time ever staying at a Bed and Breakfast and the bar was set high. In town visiting my brother and his family (while he was stationed at Fort Hood), Bryn Oaks was super close to my brother’s house. When I pulled up, I was immediately captivated by the charm of the backyard area - twinkling lights, beautiful flowers, and several outdoor seating areas. The inside was just as charming. I stayed in Chisholm Trail (after the room I originally booked was having ac issues). Rhonda was great the entire time, moving me to another room (which was actually an upgrade) with no issues or hassle at all. She kept me informed the entire time and was very easy to get in touch with. Breakfast was delicious, and the conversation with Rhonda, her husband, and the other guests was even better. My only downside is that I wished I could have stayed longer!

I rented the rooms for my family to stay in for my wedding weekend, it was perfect. Each couple had privacy and all stated how wonderful the rooms were and how comfortable it was. The property is located within walking distance to the major restaurants and bars in Belton. The breakfast was delicious, there were no issues during our family stay.

The Bob Bunker room at Bryn Oaks provided a wonderful retreat for my two-night stay in Belton. This beautifully fashioned room was spacious, peacefully colored, and adorned with wonderful accents and paintings. It’s quite location on the back of the house, when coupled with a very comfortable mattress, provided an peaceful night’s rest. This amazing room was only surpassed by Mrs. Rhonda’s hospitality and meals. Breakfast at Mrs. Rhonda’s table with all the other guests reminded me of my own family’s gatherings: great food, fun conversations, and even a tall tale or two. Lastly, Bryn Oaks is within easy walking distance of the period architecture and delicious restaurants located in downtown Belton. I’ll definitely book a return trip soon!

Rhonda provides personal service to each of her guests. The house and yard are beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. We were so pleased with Rhonda's dinner recommendation and suggestion to walk to the downtown Market Days!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5th wedding anniversary in the Yellow Rose of Texas room and the adjacent porch. It was like a honeymoon!

We are already talking about our next visit to Bryn Oaks!

Recently stayed at Bryan Oaks B&B in Belton!!! Can NOT express how enjoyable and beautiful it was!! Love the old school charm, the outdoors areas (will be back w/freinds to enjoy). The room was amazing, bright and what I was looking for. Chose the continental breakfast do to a night of dancing at Bo's, so I knew we would not be up for the breakfast. Would love to come back just for breakfast after having the continental! OMG Say nothing else. Lots of great little shops and reastraunts within walking distance! We ate at the Gin down on the waterfront. Rhonda, I would like to thank you again for all the help and bringing me into the 21st century after my failure to read the email provided. Lol

This was one of our best B&B experiences ever! Rhonda & Kirk are wonderful people and make excellent hosts. The house and grounds are amazing. We were fortunate to plan our visit during their annual 4th of July parade and that is a most see on the bucket list. Absolutely incredible event and Bryn Oaks is on the route and perfectly situated. Belton is such a wonderful town, once you visit you’re not going to want to leave!

Absolutely fantastic. Wife and I came here after our wedding, very comfy bed and cozy room. It was clear the owners wanted to make the experience wonderful. The house itself was beautiful. The owners were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was pecan Belgian waffles, eggs, bacon, and avacado tomato salsa. It was fantastic! I cannot cannot recommend this B&B enough.

We were recently evacuees from Hurricane Laura and desperately looking for a place to stay, which was no easy task with 11 people and 3 pets! Thank God we found Rhonda and Kirk and their Bryn Oaks Bed and Breakfast in Belton Texas! When we called her and told her how many people we had she said “we’ll figure something out and make it work.” When we arrived we were greeted with true southern hospitality! The house, rooms, accommodations and breakfast were truly 5 star worthy! The overall stay and experience was amazing! We will definitely be staying at the Bryn Oaks B&B again!

My husband and I enjoyed a delightful stay at the Bryn Oaks B&B this weekend! Its location is well positioned to enjoy historic Belton and the UMHB campus.

Rhonda and Kirk were wonderful hosts – hospitable, welcoming, and happy to share the fascinating history of the historic home. For breakfast, Rhonda graciously (and deliciously!) accommodated our special dietary needs. (If you are visiting a UMHB student, she also includes a breakfast for them.)

We stayed in the Live Oak Suite, one of the newly refreshed suites in the duplex adjacent to the main home. Our suite was clean, safe, comfortable and charming. The duplex suites include a kitchen – we appreciated the refrigerator with a chilled water carafe and a fresh bag of ice in the freezer.

The grounds and the main home are lovely – a joy to explore, sit and rock on one of the porches, or enjoy the shade of the magnificent trees. This will be a very popular spot! We enjoyed “discovering” it.
