Nice place for the kids to have fun in the sun. Not to mention, the price was reasonable $ 5 for the kids -[3-17]) and $7 for adults. That's with temple resident admissions.
Plus, they have life jackets for the Littles if you forget yours for only $3. Being able to bring your own waters in was a huge PLUS! mine must have gone through at least a dozen, and the melted ice kept our feet cool while standing on the hot summer floor.

A lot has been added since I was a kid. I went here recently with a few friends of mine. We raced down their big slide and my leg unfortunately went behind me and I scrapped my foot. Went to the lifeguards and they acted very quickly. All were sweet and asked all the questions they needed to! All in all, if someone has an injury, don't hesitate to get help.

Life guards were amazingly helpful, the snacks were a great variety for all. Thank you for making my kiddos and family very happy. Will definitely visit again.

Different fun ares for all ages. Safe for toddlers. And they make sure to tell you at the entrance which areas to avoid as per height of your baby. A small treat truck in the park is a bonus. We would love to go back there.

My only suggestion would be to add a tube slide. Everything else is as expected. Park is maintained very well. Price is perfect! $8 for adults. ($7 if you live in Temple)

I will say that the lazy river can get crowded sometimes, and I believe that the staff need to keep an eye out for 'traffic jams' with the tubes, and people roughhousing, but that's the only issue I have.

For those complaining about the breaks during the day, they are done so that the park staff can cool off in the water, given the heat lately. Usually, the breaks are done every 2 hours for 20 minutes, but that may change depending on how hot it is each day.

We love going here, but it fills up fast. If you want a spot in the shade you have to get there before they open. We arrived an hour early and there was about 10 people in line already. This was on a Saturday during Summer break. I don't know about week days. You can bring in unopened plastic water bottles, no other food or drinks allowed in. You can go out to your vehicle to eat and come back in, just get a stamp on your hand before you exit.

Visited for a private party. The grounds were clean, the staff was so kind and professional. There were lifeguards on every corner keeping a close eye on everything. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend the slides!

I'm glad we were invited to a birthday party Saturday here. We had never been before and probably would've never went. This place is affordable, there is plenty to do, very clean place and plenty of life guards and staff. Love this place!

Great Bargain - hidden treasure

Forget the over-priced over-crowded water parks. For a fraction of the cost have a day full of fun!!

It was great!! Lots of chairs, huge umbrellas to get out of the sun. Snack bar, drinks. Lazy River, small kids area. Diving board. It was an all around great day with the grandkids. Very reasonably priced too get in for a day off fun. It cost $12.00 for my husband and I. What a great great day. Oh and let's not forget the water slides. My 2 older grandkids loved it.

Traveled from Copperas Cove to this specific park. Affordability, nice shade spots to sit at, was not overly crowded and the lazy river chill of the pool is nice. Kid loved the layout and different water features. Friendly staff and professional lifeguards. Keep it up. Will be back.

We were passing through and wanted to get our kids out of the car for awhile. Our kids had a blast, and it was very well priced! Being from Houston, we appreciated that everything was very affordable and they did not price gouge the waters/ice cream/etc. Great place to get the family a few hours of sun:)

Affordable and lots to do here for little ones. We arrived right at opening as it does get very crowded throughout the day. They have 2 splash pad areas, 2 big slides, lazy river, a pool that goes from 4-11 feet with diving board and 2 food areas. You cannot bring in any of your own food or drinks (coolers of water allowed). The food options are fairly priced and they offer pizza, hot dogs, nachos and frito pie. You can rent a locker for your things as well. Lots of lifeguards and shaded areas to sit.

As always the perfect amount of fun for 2 boys 12 and 4. However, this weekend really showed their dedication. When my city's pool shut down a week ahead of schedule for lack of staff, LJ could've easily done the same allowing their staff of students to prepare for school. Instead they brought in reinforcements. Not the same staff, some older, some heavier, all very dedicated to our families. Thanks Temple!
