Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent experience throughout with this one-way rental. App reservation was soon confirmed by phone. On pick-up, we were immediately greeted and direct to Logan, who was professional and personable. Check in was thorough, with Logan getting us right through. Our assigned midsize sedan was clean, in good repair, and operated well. The drop-off location was unique, but very handy to our destination. Credit Enterprise for maintaining multiple locations. The drop-off attendant was also professional and personable, and got us out in no time. Soon afterwards, the pick-up location phoned regarding close out. Enterprise earned 5 outta 5-stars, and our highest recommendation. Thank you Logan and Enterprise!

When my wife and I came in to pick up our rental, there were no cars that matched the type of car we rented. However, we spoke to Amaya Rodriguez and she helped us out so much. Not only was she able to get us a car without a wait, but she was one of the most genuinely kind people you will meet. She maintained a positive attitude in a stressful environment when there were a lot of unhappy customers around her. She gave my wife and I recommendations for what to do for our vacation in Austin. She was patient with the small hiccups we had on our own end when our paperwork wasn't 100% in order. Also, the car she ended up getting for us was very clean and a pleasure to drive. We ended up extending our rental for 1 more day because we loved the car so much and because Amaya told us we could do that. All 5 stars are solely because of her.

I’ve done quite a bit of business with the Enterprise here in Temple, and I can easily say that I’ve yet to have a bad experience with them. This last time was especially fantastic due to the phenomenal attitude and diligence of one Amya Rodriguez. Her bubbly personality and dedication to customer service really made a positive impression on me. Amya represents Enterprise exceptionally well!

The customer service here is unmatched the two people working Christmas weekend were getting their butts kicked (busy/working hard) but they still smiled and greeted everyone with genuine cheer! Thank you guys and I had a wonderful safe trip in the nice clean car I rented!

The staff makes this the best rental agency hands down! very accommodating and willing to help and try to make your wait as short as possible. Great people. Up to 5 rentals now always the same great service efficient and professional always ready to accommodate my needs! Just finished a Thanksgiving trip...as usual The Temple location handled everything as great as usual! Thanks again!

My reservation started out HORRIBLE!!
The reason for the now POSITIVE feedback is Jena Estrada, Branch rental manager at the Temple TX General Bruce Drive location. I arrived to pick up my vehicle at the Austin Airport, only to find the location closed and no way to pick up my vehicle. Angry was an understatement. Especially after calling, from work to verify location hours and my reservation would be ready upon landing, esp so late in the evening. Jena was able to remedy the T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E mistake and keep Enterprise golden in my eyes. She continued to remember that making things right, customer service, patience, and a beautiful smile,will ALWAYS keep a return customer coming back. Thank you, Jena, for making my trip (which wasn't a vacation) easier to tolerate. Enterprise, you have an AH-MAZING manager in Jena representing your company, . . . don't let her get away 😊💯!

Enterprise and its FANTASTIC employees kept my life in motion and have continued to do so for the last 2 months. Especially with it being during the holidays and such. Getting into a car was quick and easy with little hassle.

The people at Enterprise of Temple are so kind. They were quick to get me on my way and was very concerned about my well being. They were the same when I returned the car. They are quick, efficient, and very kind.

I want to PRAISE the process I went through with my 1st Enterprise car purchase. It all started out with me renting a couple of vehicles, that turned into me having to make a purchase. I was renting a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE and things happened that I decided I wanted to purchase it. I was told I could not due to their process of rental cars. Since I had previously been told about them selling cars I decided to go to their website to find me a Mitsubishi I could buy. I located a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and I had also went through Texel to get a pre-approval completed. I was initially approved and was awaiting Texel to provide approval paperwork. While awaiting them to complete their end I had already begun my process with Enterprise working with Michael out of the Austin facility. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. We had completed all that was needed on Enterprise side and was still awaiting Texel. I decided to reach back out to them to see what was the delay and was told things had changed and so the process from their end had to be re-verified. After all was completed from Texel, they end up telling me that it would be best to see what options Enterprise could provide me. At this point in time I had been at Enterprise for now about 4-5 hours and I thought I would have been in and out. Michael knew how distraught I was and also knew I was needing to get back home for a nap before work at 6:30. Michael jumped into action to get a bank approval for my car and he was able to get everything completed within a couple of hours. I was an hour away from home and was able to make it home, get a nap and get to work on time. I truly appreciate all that Michael did for me that day and the wonderful customer service I receivef, thank you Enterprise! :-)

Let me caveat by saying, "I am a difficult customer, I expect everything you are employed to do." With that being said, The staff at Enterprise was Terrific. I had been run off the road (in my wife's BMW) into a construction barrier earlier that day, I had not had lunch yet. Jenna did everything, she didn't take offense at anything I said and just helped me get into a car. It was a smooth and easy experience. The extension of the rental by my insurance was simple. When I returned the car it was a simple transaction. There wasn't any aggressive behaviour between anyone that worked there, and they were busy every time I went in. Everything they did was motivated by helping the customers get into a rental and on with their day. Thank you for an easy and simple experience.

The employees at the Temple location were very helpful and engaging. They made sure I had a car super fast, were friendly, and kind.

Enterprise in temple has the most pleasant employees I’ve seen in a long time. If you go and it’s super busy, they are always welcoming, apologetic and try to get you in a rental ASAP. Keep up the good work Team.

Very prompt and friendly service. I had my car in for repair and the Enterprise team brought the rental to me, then picked it up from the repair shop. I appreciated the beautiful car that was spotless, as well as the friendly Team Member that went over the details of the car and the rental agreement. I definitely will use Enterprise in Temple Texas again.
