I took my nine-year-old son for a regular check up, and after reviewing his X-Rays, Araceli and Dr. Knowles recommended getting braces to help space for incoming teeth.

We were able to get his braces on that same day, seamlessly!

Annika put his braces on, and she was very considerate about my son’s nervousness. She made sure to tell him what to expect every step of the way. Afterwards, she showed us how to care for his teeth and braces well. We got a goodie l bag filled with a travel toothbrush, floss, and wax.

Their clinic is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and always fully stocked with coffee and goodies for their patients. Professional and phenomenal customer service. From my initial phone call with Ms. Tammy to the very end of the appointment. Everyone was great and patient with my daughter. Araceli, our treatment coordinator did a great job explaining everything to us. We cannot wait to start this journey with SATW orthodontics and the team. My treatment coordinator, Araceli was amazing! The consultation was not rushed. She took her time and answered all of my questions and made the process so easy. Dr. Knowles was also amazing! He went over all of my options and helped me choose what was best for me, not just picking the most expensive option. He made me feel comfortable with my decision and he even stayed after hours to put my braces on and made sure I left happy! My ortho assistant (I believe her name is Andy) was awesome! I was a little nervous about having my braces on but Andy helped ease my nerves. She didn’t just sit me in the chair and slap some braces on. She walked me through all the steps and took her time even though it was already after closing hours. If you’re looking for a great affordable orthodontics, this is the place! I absolutely love smile at the world orthodontics. I got my braces on senior year of high school and it was very hard for me to go through as I had a late start to braces compared to all my peers. Dr. Knowles and his team may be very comfortable with the whole process. I am no longer embarrassed of my smile. Shout out to my favorites Tammy, Rachel and Chelsey!

We have seen Dr. Knowles for years - he’s the best! My 3 daughters have each had to have 2 rounds of braces so we’ve spent a lot of time there. They are efficient with your time and communicate well about the treatment plan. Nice staff and beautiful new building. Highly recommend!

Dr. Knowles is the very best!! My 14 year old son even commented after his appointment one day that Dr. Knowles acts like he truly enjoys his job. That’s a pretty amazing thing for a 14 year old to notice! The staff is always so nice. We have two kids with braces and we have never had a bad experience here.

We went in, braces placed as planned and we were in and out pretty quick. Dr Knowles is very nice. Explained everything. Tammy at the desk was very helpful. So was the dental assistant but I didn’t catch her name, sorry. Overall a great experience

Was referred to Smile at the World because they are the only board certified orthodontist in my area. I honestly couldn’t be happier. When I went in for my daughters consult they were very pleasant and not pushy at all. Now about two years later my husband and I are back with them for our own treatment. Doctor Knowles and his staff are very friendly and warm. It really does feel like a large family. It’s a pleasant atmosphere and wonderful care.
