Friendly atmosphere and there more then happy to work with you. It's worth your time and effort. Talk to Shyla or Jordan they worked with my sisters and I. We started slowly and now at week four we are feeling stronger and we have more energy. They have classes weekly or you can do your own thing.

I love everything about Aloha CrossFit. The coaches are all amazing and very encouraging. I work out in the mornings and they have 3 different class times that I can get to. The programming is top notch and I always leave feeling better than when I came in.

I can’t say enough about Aloha Kihei Crossfit. I have traveled to a dozen boxes across the West Coast and HI and this one is the best. The programming and coaching is top notch with top priority to safety, skill and form. Even after 3 years, I still get personalized coaching every class. And all the members are all incredibly welcoming. Seriously, the best place to get fit.

Aloha Crossfit provides fitness for everyone- from the stay at home mom with a newborn, to the competitive athlete. Be accountable for your fitness and let the coaches at Aloha Crossfit help guide you. The coaches and athletes are very welcoming. The box is clean and very roomy. There are bathrooms with showers, which is a huge win! The convenient central Maui location is a plus. I am thankful that I decided to give crossfit a try. Aloha Crossfit has transformed my life!

I came after speaking to Al Duarte and Jimmy. I knew that I would be welcome. The crew that I work out with is amazing. As I work out at all times of the day, I have gotten to know a lot of fellow crossfitters. Because of my age, I scale quite a bit and never feel judged by anyone. I really enjoy Aloha Maui Lani and recommend it to everyone.

Awsome box, great coaches, solid programing and welcoming community. I popped in for a couple of days while on vacation and couldn't have been better. Thank you Aloha crossfit, it's always special to feel like we are part of a larger crossfit family.

Supportive and fun. The coaches have that nice balance of down to earth but willing you call you out when you’re going soft. Plus Al is there. I’d give it 5 more stars if I could just for that.

Love the coaches, their training is very detailed and tailored to your body and abilities! Lots of classes available, very encouraging community, holding ourselves accountable and always pushing each other to surpass our own limits!

Dropped in from Kahului side a handful of times and they always had room for me. Frank and Dre are da bomb of coaching. Good at pushing you to give more output than you want to give or thought you had to give. Clean, organized and knowledgeable.

I went to the newer one near kehalani, and it was well run with friendly members and staff. Big space too which is nice when it gets crowded it doesn't feel dangerous. Good place to stop in if you are in town for a bit.
