Aloha! Danny was both fair and accommodating, even during the COVID limitations and precautions. Both gym locations were well equipped and clean. A fair price for the week, if you can still find the time to workout during vacation, kudos brothers and sisters. Whether you body build, power lift, or CrossFit, you’ve got options. Crossfit Maui is an awesome place to work out. I always get the attention I need from the coaches and the owners are so personable. The classes are great because I get to work out with highly motivated and friendly members who are always there to cheer me on. I need that as an overweight middle aged woman. I can tell that I'm getting stronger and am healthier than I was 4 years ago when I started. They welcome all levels and are always willing to modify the workout to meet your needs.

My husband and I worked out at Crossfit Maui before our wedding in July 2013. The staff were so nice and accommodating! We had so much fun and got a great workout! We will definitely stop by again next time we are on Maui!

Coach Paul was great. Made my wife(regional level athlete), sis in law, and myself feel really welcome. He's got great mobility work as part of the warmup. The programming was a serious challenge, in a good way, for sure. Definitely will be back when we visit again.

Fantastic drop in for 17.2 - can't believe it was a week ago already! I couldn't do muscle ups but with some help from one of the coaches and some of the regulars, I got one!
Super nice people there - without exception! They showed me good and proper hawaiian hospitality with a beer and bbq after. I was sad to not be staying longer. Loved my experience there. Thank you to everyone - what an atmosphere for the open!

Took my 11 and 13 year old grandsons for a workout at the Ma'alea location. Coach Kimo did an excellent job of structuring a crossfit style workout for the 3 of us around some initial deadlift instruction. And, he tailored things to each of us on the fly so we each learned something getting a great workout. We'd barely gotten back to the car before they were asking if we could do it it again. Squat day, later in the week, was just as good

I love this Upcountry CrossFit. Run by a great local couple, the sessions are jam packed with well balanced CrossFit training. Whenever I am on Maui I make sure to get in a few visits. I will be back later this month.

This is the best Crossfit & workout in Kihei, Makena & Wailea. I'd go twice a day if I could. I don't think I've ever finished a workout not feeling an amazing natural high. 20x better than lifting weights or running on a treadmill. Danny and crew are the best!!

I dropped in while visiting my brother and everyone was so nice and welcoming. The gym was very clean and the equipment was nice. I plan to drop in every time I visit!!
