When I first went in the store I was already having a bad day but they two ladies working that day turned it around for me and I ended up leaving with a smile on my face🙂

I stopped in twice at this location, first experience was great the second was even better. Thank you Brian V for being a champion, he was able to fix our reservation and get us on the road. The gentleman that helped us hook up the trailer was absolutely wonderful as well. Thank you guys for a great experience during stressful times!

Great staff. Went to pick up a trailer rental, but the computers were having issues. They were able to get me taken care of despite the issues.

Good location with helpful people. Interacted with them 3 times so far. Nothing but good.

I've used U-Haul several times and had mixed experiences. This weekend I tried this location for the first time, and it was by far the smoothest and easiest experience with trailer rental I've had from U-Haul. The staff at this location is the most professional and courteous of any of them I've used.

Ending an unlucky 13 year relationship was made easier by Uhaul. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

Amazing staff who work as a team. You can tell the employees respect their managers and vise verse. Bambi and Jerry were exceptional. Best storage place I've ever done business with and will definitely come back because of the staff! They were very helpful, professional, and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service, service with a smile, they explain their contracts very carefully and encourages questions if you have any. No questions are wrong questions. The owner is a person peraon as well. He helped me lock up my storage when I couldn't get it to close!

The staff in Temple was really great. They took care of everything you need and was very professional...........but the place we dropped off the trailer in Robstown by Corpus Christ Ro-Jos was the worst, rude, and unprofessional. The lights were off, it was raining, the employee did not come outside to let us know he was there. They did not have the right tools to take off a 6x12 trailer, I had to help lift the trailer off of my truck.

Wanda and Sam were great. They were so much help and provided good customer service even though they were super busy when we walked in.

Went to get a storage unit for some of my furniture. Wanda, the general manager was so nice and helpful. I'm very pleased with how easy it was.

I had a receiver hitch installed on my vehicle. They had it in stock and in about an hour I was on my way ready to pull a trailer, wire harness and all. The price was less than I expected too. Fast and friendly service, can't ask for more.

Rented truck and car trailer last minute. Guys there we great. Friendly and great attitude. Easy to work with. Way better than my past u haul experiences.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was sent there after my u-haul from another shop had been "misplaced" and this store was right there ready to help and allowed me to keep my original reservation.

I needed a trailer hitch for my new vehicle and the dealership could not get the type I needed. I came to U-Haul and they had the hitch in stock and was able to get it installed in less than 2 hours for a price that was less than the dealership prices. I recommend this place for anyone needing hitches or other moving supplies

Went to pick up a few boxes, the staff was kind and helpful! Even though I wasn't there for anything big or major, I still felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, clean looking facility, well stocked! Thanks y'all!

Last night I contacted this location and it was closing time. I reached the answering service who messages the Gentleman on duty. I believe his name was Charles. He called me back within 5 minutes. My problem was that my son had accidentally left two very meaningful pictures in the glove box that he would have been very upset if we had lost them. They were pictures of him as an infant with his grandfather who recently passed away. So you can imagine how much these pictures meant to him. Well, Charles went above and beyond after hours to locate the truck and find the pictures. You have no idea how much my family and I appreciate your help on this!! I will definitely use you and recommend you to all my friends.

"U-Haul is the way to GO when you PO" a friendly suggestion to all customers or potential customers is to inquire and be clear on the charges up front and how the charges what the charges are based on so that on the tail end on the return in there won't be any bewilderment or confusion or the charges.
