I love this place! Sooo glad I don't pay for medical. Only wish there were more directories like in the mall so I can find my way around the facility easier.

I have nothing but great things to say about this facility and the people working here. It is very clean and well marked to find your way. The people are amazing. They honestly act as though they care which makes the whole experience better. I have had surgery here and the care was fantastic. Bed side manner is the best I have ever experienced. I have had no issues with communicating with my primary care doctor. He has worked with me in finding natural ways to control blood pressure so I can come off the meds. The lab is top notch. Every time they have drawn blood they get it the first time and no pain. This is by far the best VA facility out there. I'm a very happy Vet.

Follow up from a triple A. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Nurses and assistants were on top of their work. Not as many veterans were there today. Compliments of the very clean areas throughout the hospital. Always a 5 ⭐ rating. Thank you 😊

Overall good service and support

Whenever you call, no one ever answers the phone, not even the operator, but care and customer service is good.

Let's start off with the good. Most of the people are very nice.
Now the bad. They cancel in person appointments without notice so you waste your time and fuel to drive here just to try and check in and they tell you it's been canceled, and changed to over the phone. Over the phone appointments are terrible you can never hear them clearly, and they can't even check anything.

My mother went here to get a check up because she fell really hard and the doctor did not give her any X-rays because she “ looked “ okay I am pretty sure that is not what your supposed to do considering I work in healthcare and I’ve never heard such a thing she asked for one he said no and even her community dr told her to get one and he still said no I will update with a name as soon as I get one

I went to see my doctor on the 17th of May because I was experiencing pain in my right knee. After waiting for about 40 minutes, a nurse came out and told me the doctor put me in to see physical therapy. The nurse said I would receive a call from physical therapy to set the time. I have been waiting for 2 1/2 months for a call from the physical therapy department for my right knee pain but instead, I received a notice of cancelation. I called the number provided on the cancelation notice and was placed on hold for 45 minutes. At the 45 minute mark I was disconnected. When I tried to call back it wouldn't answer. I then called the hospital to speak to the gold team and found out that the reason my physical therapy was denied was because my doctor didn't physically see me on the 17th. The VA shows little regard or concern for veterans which is very frustrating.
