Acre Wood Dental - Temple

This dentist office was absolutely amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Friendly faces, being greeted right away and a clean office. I was SOLD!!! They have a cute, cozy lounge area once they check you in. Anyone that walked by smiled and said hello. They were so patient with my son, also. I knew his appointment wasn’t going to be an easy one, and I warned them ahead of time. They didn’t get to do a full check up and cleaning because he freaked out so much, but what comforted me was they didn’t suggest us to hold him down or strap him down like I know some dentist’s offices do. They referred me to a local children's dentist that would have the proper set up so he wouldn’t be traumatized by the dentist for the rest of his life. When we got to see the actual dentist, he was just as warm and friendly as his staff. I would, with no hesitation, recommend this office to anyone!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly at my appointment time.

The dental hygienist was thorough and gentle, taking the time to explain each step of the cleaning process. I appreciated her attention to detail and the care she took to ensure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

We were looking for a new dental service since we'd recently relocated to this area. I'd noticed the Acre Wood-Temple practice when I'd drive into town and when I looked at their web presence I was nicely impressed. We gave them a call and reviewed our choices for new patients and the overall pre-visit experience was great. When we went in for our first visit and exams and cleanings we were very impressed by the team that makes up their staff. Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant which we usually take as an example of being happy. Our overall experience was very positive, everything moved along smoothly and always felt on point without being hurried. We'll not only be patients for life but we'll easily recommend Acre Wood Dental to our family (already have!) and friends.

Wife dislodged a lower molar crown while eating. Called Acre Wood for an appointment and was given a "work-in". Amazing ! Dr. "O" provided absolute great service. Because of my wife's lower back nerve problem, he performed all the dental work standing up. That is professionalism at its best. We have been pleased with all our appointments and treatment plans from the Doctors and staff at Acre Wood. Nice to know that there are folks that genuinely care about their patient. We are happy !

I cannot say enough about Dr. Olzack and his team! They made me feel like family not just a patient. I came in with the worst pain ever and he was very thorough with all my options and let ME decide how I wanted to proceed. Throughout the whole procedure we would frequently ask if I'm OK and if I could feel something he would stop and make sure I was comfortable. I've never been this excited to go back and let him make my smile even better! I can honestly say I am not afraid to go to the dentist now 40 years later.

Cannot recommend Acre Wood Dental enough!! Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentists are so friendly and truly care about your comfort! The space is super cute and clean. They are accommodating with dates and getting you in for small fixes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist experience!

Believe it or not, but I enjoy going to the dentist, that is for my 6 month cleanings and X-rays. Felicia is always so friendly, polite and willing to take care of your needs. She is a great asset to Acre Wood Dental.

This is the best dental place I have yet to find. I have been going here for close to 5 years now and they continue to improve the facility and communication. They are always fast to respond. They are fast with appointments. The staff is always so sweet and friendly. They will work with most insurance and never pressure you into something unless they deem it necessary. If you get anxious with dental work, they are very patient with you. They have provided me headphones to use to block out the noise. They even have TVs for you to watch a movie/show while getting work done. 10/10 and I will continue to use their services time and time again.

These people really know their stuff. I had an assignment, then a cleaning. I’m an older gal so hear this. My teeth had cracks didn’t know I had. No problem, I had them repaired the same day. Excellent service, friendly helpful staff. The offices are clean and well lit. Great visit 🤗

Very professional and straight forward. I was told exactly what I needed and they took the time to give me quotes on everything. Anytime I have ever needed any dental work done, they get me right in and they make me feel very comfortable and welcome. My family would recommend Acre Wood Dental to anyone. These guys deserve way more than 5 stars. They just did some cosmetic work and my goodness I am amazed. I was ashamed to smile before for pictures and now I don’t even think about it. Dr. Olzack is AWESOME!!

As always, Dr J is the best. I live in West and usually go to the Bellmead location, but a tooth ache hit on a day that Dr. J was in his Temple location I gladly made the drive! The staff at each location is friendly and helpful...its easy to spot people that enjoy where they work. Friendly faces and happy smiles ... no better place to bring a pain!

Acre Wood is a friendly dental office. They help my children feel comfortable so they are less anxious. They were also able to work with me to get an appointment around my hectic schedule. My husband dreads the dentist, however he feels comfortable here and will go.
Great for the entire family!
They are quick and I've never had to wait in the waiting room!

The staff is always friendly and they did a really great job with my 3 and 4 year old for thier very first dentist appointment. The environment is nice, clean, and relaxing. I would highly recommend.

Acre Wood Dental is the real deal! If you're looking for a dentist where you feel comfortable and well taken care of, this is the place. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists and the doctors are friendly and professional. They use the coolest new technology, and they took the time to explain everything to me. Highly, highly recommend!

Acre Wood dental is amazing. I had a traumatic experience with a dentist before so of course I was very un easy and uncomfortable, but they made me feel comfortable, relaxed and pain free the entire time! The dentist explained the reasoning for everything they were doing! The staff is so friendly and supportive! This is my permanent dental home!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Ace Wood Dental today. It was my first dental office visit in several years. First let's talk staff... The lady's were beyond wonderful 🥰 & Dr.J was more than awesome 🤩!!
Although todays visit was my consultantion visit, all questions & concerns were no just answered but DISCUSSED!!!!... We talked about everything!!... NO FEAR HERE!!😍

WOW!! I found my dentist for the rest of my life! I left the Acre Wood Dental office in tears..... TEARS OF JOY!!! I had seen many other dentists prior to seeing Dr. O, but he was the only one who clearly stated the complications of my oral health and felt confident he could help get me out of pain. Surprisingly it was without forcing me to take out a second mortgage lol. I can't forget to mention that the staff at Acre Wood Dental are some of the kindest, knowledgeable, and most understanding healthcare professionals I've come across.

I cannot thank recommend Dr. O and everyone at Acre Wood Dental enough for all they did for me!!! 10/10!!!!

Phenomenal dental office! From my first visit I was greeted warmly by Sierra and every time I walk in for an appointment she remembers who I am and that makes it the quickest, most seamless check-in experience! Dr. O and Katie make a great team and gave me a near painless root canal with no discomfort afterwards and made sure I was happy with my crown when it arrived, their attention to detail is incredible! All around great experiences here and I will be trusting them with all my future dental work!
