I want to do a shout out to Maddie! I had probably came in 2-3 times for a consultation just because I get super nervous when it comes to my hair. After the third time, I just felt like I need to give her a shot because she was just so patient with me ( I am a lot to handle) plus I am new to the area and I cannot be driving 4 hours to my hometown to get my hair done. I came in with lots of pictures and she told me what would look great on me and what wouldn’t. Which I love me some in put because I can get out of hand real quick. She got started quick and I felt like I was hardly there because she was just personable which was nice because with chit chatting the whole time made the process fast. I told her at the shampoo bowl that I did not want to look at my hair because I was still so nervous. & I just wanted to have full faith in her and her work. She blew me hair out and showed me the aftermath and kid you not she blew me out of this world. Like I mean wow, she was worth the shot, the time, and the money. My hair is beautiful, I feel beautiful, and that’s all I could really ask for. So I am just excited to say I found my person in Temple, Texas and her name is Maddie!

I am so grateful to have found Expressions and Gwen and highly, highly recommend. Not only is their work terrific, but it's a friendly enjoyable crew and a great environment. Highly recommended! Pictures of today's work by Gwen attached. =) I've now had both a cut and a cut/highlights with Gwen.

The staff there are very sweet and professional in the salon. Ally has worked on my hair several times and it always comes out BEAUTIFUL! My hair feels softer after she is finished with it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE! Attached is the before and after of my hair

Maddie is a complete ROCKSTAR! She is kind patient and talented. I saw her interact with a senior before my appointment and it blew me away. She stayed a little later so I could get a wash and blow dry on my hair. I was soo thankful she made time for me. I love my haircut and enjoyed chatting with her. I wish I would’ve taken pictures after my cut because I was FEELING FABULOUS!

Allysandra has been my stylist for over 2 years. I won’t go anywhere else or let anyone else touch my hair. After trial and error with other stylists, I’ve found my person. She’s literally the best!!

Rose gave me a cut from very long heavy unmanageable hair, to layered long hair and a beautiful style!!! We had a color correction consult, and I am returning next week for that. These ladies know their stuff!!!

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming to these girls since I moved here 7yrs ago. I tell them I'm their walking billboard because I get TONS of compliments on my hair! I've never had a bad experience and couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my locks! I'm here every 6 weeks like clockwork, and I'm telling y'all I've never left feeling anything but beautiful 🩷

Needed to get a trim and had a last minute decision to get bangs. They’re open Mondays unlike other salons and were able to get me in the same day within a few hours of me calling. Vanessa was very precise with what I wanted and even apologized for not making conversation while concentrating on the bangs aspect. Which I appreciated so much! Jayci is the same way, and will take her time to ensure your hair is perfect. Which I can tell this quality is instilled in the other girls like Vanessa. She also did my bangs and trim that’s in style currently and styled it a little grunge-y to my liking. Loved the products she used. Thank you so much Vanessa for a lovely trim and hair experience overall! She was straight to the point and thorough. The next day and my hair is still like it was after she did it yesterday! Super impressed!

I enjoy being a client at Expressions Salon, not only for the cozy non-intimidating ambiance but the hairstylist Gwen is absolutely wonderful. She is professional, kind, warm and attentive to my hair, image ideas and goals. She did an excellent job coloring, thinning and styling my hair. I was relaxed the whole time and had the confidence that she really knows what she is doing. I definitely looked and felt better than when I came in. Gwen is a rockstar and I will definitely return!

I just left and I couldn’t be happier. Went in with a hot mess and came out with a beautiful bob!! Gwen was so very sweet and really took her time with my hair. Happiest I’ve been with my hair in a very long time. I will definitely be going back to her for whatever I have done to my hair. We women can do whatever we want to “Our hair”! An A+ hair salon. Very full of life and sweet staff!

Gwen really goes the extra mile to do a quality haircut for a good price. Very professional and thorough. She’s cut all five of us in our family and even done some coloring too. We are all happy with her work.

One of the best salons I have ever used. Vanessa does my hair every time and never disappoints! The other ladies at the shop are always so sweet, kind and encouraging. When I come I’m welcomed by friends not just employees. Thank you for spectacular service every time.

Cheyenne was wonderful! She listens, makes suggestions but does what you want. And I love my purple highlights.

I was a walkin client for Gwen today. She was very nice and did a great job cutting and styling my hair and a fantastic shampoo with head massage. She was nervous to do my eyebrows but did a fantastic job there too!! I will definitely be back!!! Thanks Gwen!!!!

Always a great experience! My hair has never looked better!

NEVER GOING BACK
Got my hair permed. I went home and noticed that my hair felt dry and crunchy. Upon closer examination I saw my ends were kinked. The stylist did a poor job of rolling the ends. I called the shop and spoke to the same stylist. I told her about the kinked ends. She gave me an appointment that afternoon for her to trim the ends. She told me that there would be NO charge. When I got to the shop, she told me that the charge would be $29 because a perm does not include a haircut. I wouldn't need a cut if she had given me a good perm. I'm angry. The shop should have given me the haircut at no charge. NEVER GOING BACK

This salon is great. But the best thing about it is GWEN! SHE'S terrific and does exactly what I wanT!!! The experience is all over terrific!

Vanessa cut my hair today and I hugged her because I love it so very much!
I wish I could remember the other stylist's name but she provided me with advice since I was getting a whole new hairstyle. I love this place and I love my new hair stylist! Thank you Vanessa and thank you Expressions for always have such a wonderful staff!

Ally did a great job on my hair. I will definitely be going back to her for any of my hair appointments from now on.
