Stratford House Inn & Suites

Alright so we booked this place on a travel site. The reviews on the site were great but looking at the reviews just looking it up were horrible. Now i have to say our stay was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating. The cleaning crew were so sweet and helped with any needs we had. They do have a curview in the office but even showing up close to midnight they were able to give me extra pillows and a sheet from the office. We had no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Hotel was extremely clean. New beds, soft towels. The only issue was the sink at the vanity was very scratched and should be replaced. We stayed there because my mother was having open heart surgery at the Scott and White hospital.
It's not the Marriott but we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 💯❤

We booked in their office a day before, the next day they called us and said the room was available for free early check in. The room was clean, smelt clean, bed comfortable.
They are now in the process of upgrading their stove top to a glass top and replacing all their refrigerators to a full size, the floor is plank board so there is NO musty odor compare to when a floor is carpeted, that made our stay their for 3 weeks comfortable. We were there for my daughter's medical surgery in Baylor Scott and White which is right across the street. Close to so many restaurants, supermarkets and malls. Because we were there that long we became friends with the owner who made sure we were well taken care off.
They always change the towels and take our trash in the morning. The housekeepers are sweet, polite and friendly,( I really appreciate them )
My daughter will have another surgery and we will be back to this place.
Can I add 5 more stars for the quality you get for the price.

I couldn't be more pleased with my 4 night stay! The staff, Jay and Ami, were very respectful and pleasant. The room was so clean and even the parking lot was clean. They have a pet potty area with clean up bags and disposal bin. The price was impressive considering it's in such a prime location. The room was quiet and peaceful. My 2 little girls and I felt very safe. Looking forward to staying again!

Been here for a few days and must say it is a very nice motel. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Everything is kept very clean, inside and out. They maintain their property with pride. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an affordable and nice place to stay. The manager Kiish is fantastic. 100 percent A+

Keep things in perspective. This isn't the Hilton but then again you are not paying Hilton prices.
Simple good sized rooms with basic amenities. Clean. Good owners. Fair price.
Nurses stay here who are contract across the street at Scott White.
Only complaint. Dog owners who don't pick up after their dog. But a lack of self discipline and consideration seems to be growing in society.

Clean rooms, friendly staff who are taking the threat of the virus seriously, they complete disinfected all surfaces and appliances in room. The staff always wearing gloves and masks. The rooms are very good for the price. My room has been recently remodeled and painted.

Jai is awesome!! Very humble and pleasant gentleman. I work night shift and every morning he would make sure I sit down rest and he would prepare breakfast for me. It means a whole lot after 12-13 hour shift. My room is always clean and tidy, I have no problem.

Service here is Phenomenal.

Friendly staff. Beds are so comfortable clean restroom clean towels cheap rates. If you have any issues Mr Patel is ready to accommodate you. Friend people in hotel. Construction worker well satisfied.

Excellent hotel located across from Scott and white Hospital. Extremely clean with beautiful and comfortable rooms. Front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious ,and one of the best in the central Texas . Best hotel with pricing and accommodating with any help you may need.

We were very pleased with the management's attitude, cooperative spirit and kindness. For this alone, I would recommend Stratford. It is conveniently situated and easy accessible from the VA, Scott and white, and the necessary places and services. The rooms are outfitted with coffee pots, mini fridges, microwave, ironing boards and irons. . I would happily stay there again.

Tbh I've had an awesome experience. The staff is really friendly n make it a point to make sure that I felt at home. And For the price it would be a mistake not to chose this place. I highly recommend! Great for those who are traveling for business.

A+ very nice clean rooms friendly staff. Mr. Chetan patel was very help full and accommodating. Close to every thing,hospital and shopping. Safe place excellent parking (free) and continental breakfast (free) I enjoyed my stay very much. Would totally recomend this for 1 night or 1 week or more because of helpful staff and Mr. Chetan Patel. Thank you for a pleasant visit

While my husband was across the street in Baylor Scott & White Temple ICU, i stayed here for three weeks in October. Wonderful staff, very clean suite, and peaceful hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was wonderful! So much room and such soft beds and pillows! Coffee pot, blow dryer, an iron, microwave and a small refrigerator! Soooo nice for $58!!

Great place to live I've been here over a week and there has been excellent customer service from both front desk and housekeeping. I'll recommend Stratford Inn to others and I'll stay again. Thanks for the hospitality 😃

I’m going to call this hotel Temple’s hidden secret. I felt so rested in the soft bed and there was NO NOISE. Made me feel like I was the ONLY GUEST staying. I’m glad I chose to stay here. Well worth the price !
