Well came here trying to figure out what a bill was and glad to find out this is what it was. With that being said, i have used it a few times and worked great. One issue where they didn't pay and the doc office said I owed them. I had them resubmit it and it went through just fine. So far so good!

My family and I have been members of Scott and White Health Plan since 1988. We have been completely satisfied with every encounter with SWHP and their coverage of our healthcare needs.

We received excellent service at the Health Plan office on West Campus Drive. We went in with a question about our billing, and it was resolved.

THEY HVE BEEN SO HELPFUL DURING OUR TRANISTION TO NEW INSURANCE

As a Female Board Certified Pediatric - Adolescent Surgeon, caring for literally thousands of children in the course of 23-years in the DFW - was Denied by Scott & White Health Plan, as network is closed to new doctors.

I ask the public (Mothers) to petition Scott & White to reconsider their position to be allowed to treat Scott & White Patients as I do with many other insurance plans.

Many and I mean many Mothers prefer a Female Surgeon to provide care to their children over a Male Surgeon. Thanks to everyone who nominates me as their Provider of Choice.

Lastly, I was just awarded, " Mom - Approved Doctor" by Patients Moms! A coveted and respected position for 2018!

Had these guys for 2 years. I decided to renew despite some big headaches. They have doctors listed on their “portals” that your plan may not cover if you go for an appointment. You can fight them and win but it has really made me look at other policies before I renewed again.

Update: I believe the problem I was having was caused by using their “app” instead of using their website. But that should be clearly stated if the “app” providers does not apply equally to all health plans. I had at one account turned over to collections due to this issue so it is a big deal(at least for me).

I am a 55 year Type 1 diabetic and after many frustrating months of arguing with plan reps was finally approved for Dexcom supplies and Omnipod supplies. Many months later, when I attempted to reorder supplies for both, I was advised by both suppliers that they could no longer ship supplies to me as the original claims had never been paid! Many phone calls later I was finally able to get Omnipod supplies. Am still waiting on the Dexcom supplier who told me they are waiting on a "contract" from S&W Senior Care, an order I began two months ago. This is very frustrating and no doubt has increased my blood glucose unnecessarily many times. I find their customer service extremely difficult and frustrating!
