Went when it was apparently busy and I understand that. We waited about 20min and decided to leave, as there was no one around to help, and come back later. The guy sitting in the office couldn't have cared less with an "oh well" attitude. My wife said "you've lost a customer, still couldn't care less. Found what I needed else where.

Waited 15 minutes to check out. The guy in front of me must have been the village idiot. Was sent by his company but couldn't answer any questions about what was needed. That part isnt Rexels fault but seriously, 1 cashier! I put my stuff back, I won't be spending mine or my company's money here.
