Austin Oral Surgery

I couldn't have had a better experience getting wisdom teeth removed. A little background info - I haven't been to the dentist in a few years because I've had several bad encounters and could not find a dentist that I trusted. Like many people, I put off getting my wisdom teeth removed because I thought it was going to be scary, expensive, and unpleasant. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, I was having pain due to an impacted/infected wisdom tooth, so I called Austin Oral Surgery and was able to schedule a consult that afternoon. Dr. Cain told me I needed 2 teeth removed and he was able to see me at the Georgetown location the next morning. I was very nervous about having to get the procedure done while I'm pregnant, but Dr. Cain and the rest of the staff were all extremely nice, caring, and helpful. They put me at ease and addressed all of my concerns. I thought the procedure was going to be unpleasant since I was only getting local anesthesia, but it was a breeze. It only took a few minutes and I barely noticed what they were doing. I'll be back eventually to get my other 2 removed and I might choose to do local anesthesia again because it was so easy. I really appreciate how accommodating everyone was and I felt that the price without insurance was very reasonable. I'm so glad I went here and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of oral surgery.

Our two daughters recently had their wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Cain. Both of our girls were very nervous going into the consult and procedure, but Dr. Cain and his staff did an excellent job calming their nerves by explaining the process and what their expectations could be during and after the procedures. The care our girls received before, during and after with their follow up calls to check in was very much appreciated. Dr. Cain and his staff demonstrated a genuine and sincere care for our daughters and for that we are very appreciative of them. I definitely recommend Austin Oral Surgery for anyone who needs to undergo this procedure.

One last wisdom tooth was still in place and causing a lot of pain. I got in the day after calling and went ahead and got the tooth out. It was quick and the recovery has been easy. I would highly recommend Dr. Cain and Austin Oral Surgery of Temple, TX

Had to get same day wisdom teeth surgery and they were so helpful. There was a mix-up before my appointment, but Amanda was able to get me in like previously plan. My doctor was Dr. Fernandez, and he was great. He explained to me what he was going to do and gave me local and laughing gas to ease my nerves. Samantha was great at explaining how much it would cost out of pocket since I did not have insurance. Alicia explained my aftercare and what to do in case of after hours. Overall, everyone was very helpful, and I felt comfortable going in and having my wisdom teeth extracted.

Dr. Cain is amazing and always provides the best patient care. He is a great communicator and ensures that his patients feel comfortable in his very capable hands. The staff here are also kind and efficient. Wonderful place, and thank you all for going the extra mile!

Great service from start to finish. Receptionist made check in a breeze. Person that took X-ray and got me ready for the dentist was very courteous and explained everything. Dentist went over everything with me. Check out was easy and everything was explained to me and what my cost would be after insurance.

I have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Jeremy Leland is my Oral Surgeon and I feel very lucky to be one of his patients. He is a true gentleman. He allayed my anxiety the first time I met him and he greeted me with a kind, welcoming smile and firm handshake. I chose anesthesia for the removal of two cracked molars causing me pain. I have never had painless extractions, but with Dr. Leland’s anesthesiologist skill, I was asleep and felt no pain, saw nothing or was conscious while he was doing extractions and bone grafts. Temple is very fortunate to have him and his caliber of skill. Thank you Dr. Leland!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and have the patients best interest. I'm overly terrified of the dentist & Dr. Cain made the experience very calming. He talked me through every step and pulled out my wisdom tooth in literally 3mins. Great experience!

Highly recommend anybody with any problems, teeth wise, to go see these guys. I had two wisdom teeth removed and it was pain free. Dr Cain and his staff were awesome. Made me feel very comfortable despite being very nervous. They even called to check on me after the surgery. Five stars from me!!!!

Dr. Cain is wonderful. My husband had a fistula in my sinus cavity, he inserted a cadaver bone, took so skin from inside of my mouth and closed it. Hardly any pain and no problems. Office staff along with surgical staff were very friendly & welcoming. If you are needing any oral surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Cain & Austin oral surgery

Austin Oral Surgery provided excellent care for two of my kids needed wisdom teeth extracted. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Dr. Cain was fantastic!

Dr. Cain is the surgeon in the Temple office.. He and his staff are phenomenal. Dr. Cain took me as a walk-in for an emergency extraction and did the extraction during lunch! I have severe allergies, and the Dr. + Staff went the extra mile to keep me at ease and follow the allergy treatment protocol!! The price was very reasonable! I also witnessed the office staff bend over backward to accommodate other patients with insurance and fees (after providing care). The surgeon is a veteran! THANK YOU

I am Dr. Robert Hunsaker's patient and he is one of the best doctors i have been to. I really like my visits and the guidance i receive from him. I would rate him 5 Stars. However I am having lots of issues with the accounting staff. I tried calling them multiple times explaining the mistake they have made. I even got my Insurance provider to speak to them and explain how to submit my bills and even after more than. 10 follow-ups no body has returned my call. I am afraid this accounting team will force me to stop me from seeing such a good doctor. Please assist me with this issue. - Anand Shirur

Great experience! I only had to wait four days for an appointment, after being told I had to wait a month to get a difficult tooth extracted. The extraction was painless and the tooth was pulled out with no problems. Thank you

I can't say Enough good things about Dr. William Cain! Of Course, he's a Great Oral Surgeon, but, he's also good at putting People at ease, in General. His Staff is Friendly and Knowledgeable and I love the new office. And, he has Great Taste in Music!!!

So it has been a struggle finding a good oral surgeon to have work done. After a failed attempt to extract a tooth at another local place, where I was in the chair for six hours! Safe to say that austin oral surgery is the place to go to. Dr. Leland had me in and out in twenty minutes flat! I have a crazy work schedule and they always find a way to fit me in when needed for check ups. And all the staff up front is awesome too. I swear it's like they have known me for years.

Dr. Jeremy leland was my oral surgeon , like everyone else in the world I completely hated the dentist, but Dr.Leland made my experience easy almost relaxing, he gave my gums/face plenty of time to numb itself and he had great bedside manner, pulled my tooth and I didn’t feel a thing. Would definitely recommend.

Office pleasant and very open. Greeted by someone behind the glass. Visit was pleasant and thorough. The follow up visit was excellent, and Dr. Leland explained the results of the biopsy with me. I appreciated the friendly office staff and their kindness.

Absolutely love Dr Cain. He has removed wisdom teeth from all three of our daughters. Our oldest, 13 yrs ago, middle daughter 11 yrs ago, and just recently our last daughter's. He's very professional and a great dr!!

Austin Oral Surgery in Temple is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor I had was amazing. I was in and out quickly, his work was well done, and he was very personable. You could tell he was in this to help people, not just to make money. I recommend them highly!
