We met with mellisa colbath yesterday for the first time! After having to switch insurances and then being admitted to the hospital with the baby. Then having to find a new PCP all in a few weeks time, she was our first available one with an appointment. I was really worried about not being able to look at reviews about people and just having to take whichever appointment was first available.its was really important for him to get into see a PCP as soon as possible. It took us forever to find the pediatricians office in temple(across from the new Walmart if anybody needs information lol) but that was only because it was hectic with two kids and I went to four other clinics that were not the right one. I finally broke down and called to operators at Mclanes Children’s and they talked to me the whole way there! Once we got there everybody was super nice and they still let us keep our appointment even though we were 15 minutes late. They all had smiles and greeted us so warmly and they understood that we had to drive an hour and a half to even come here. Once we got in the back I thought it was gonna take forever like it normally does when you see your PCP but within a few minutes she was in there. She asked such detailed questions, and was so great, warm and so inviting. I also had my four-year-old with me and she knew exactly how to talk even with him yelling or asking me questions it worked out so well she such a great person and her office staff is really wonderful!
