St Luke's Catholic Church

Love this church and everything about it! The music is great at the 5 pm Sunday mass and it’s such a pretty church! Would highly recommend to anybody passing through the area

My family was drawn here after visiting another parish. Got married here and baptized both of my boys here. Can't al for more.

Best place to worship if you like large congregations. Lots going on all the time Excellent priest and ministry.

Whenever hubby and I visit my sister and her family in Temple Texas, I look forward to celebrating Sunday Mass here. It has a warm, welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. I always find Fr. John’s homily powerful and inspiring. The choir music is uplifting. Many times I have been moved by their song choices.

Of all the Catholic churches I have attended throughout my life, I am grateful to call St. Luke’s ‘home.’ Truly a phenomenal community, enticing homilies, very reverent, and a beautiful Mass!

This is a beautiful building with a friendly and welcoming fellowship. Services are at convenient times, and there us plenty of seating. For Christmas they gave away copies of Life is Messy by Matthew Kelly, one of my favorite authors. His insight and emotional style of writing is very real and down to earth as are the messages from the pulpit by the local pastor. They still have copies! Go by and ask for one!

I would like to know if you do mass in spanish?

Father John is an amazing priest. His sermons are so meaningful.

The people that I met from this amazing church were so nice and kind hearted. I meant to get the man's name that was checking out id's on Dec. 19th around 2:30pm. He was so sweet. He let me vent a little about all the things that were going on at the time. There are no words to properly express my appreciation to the wonderful angels from St. Luke's Catholic Church. Y'all were true blessings and I'll forever be grateful.

Always feel at home going to Mass at St. Luke's. I only get to go when I come home for holidays, but I always leave feeling fulfilled and reconnected with the Lord. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I never leave without a smile on my face. Many churches focus their message each week on tithing and meeting their budget goals, and can be quite pushy, but I never have this issue at St. Luke's. Each week I come away with a new perspective and a helpful lesson. Looking forward to being back in Temple and attending mass here again.

A wonderful church community. I always look forward to Father's sermon. He really has a gift for sharing God's word in a way that connects with people of all ages, and he does so with a light-hearted sense of humor.
The music ensemble does a fantastic job both on Saturday evening and Sunday. St. Luke's is truly blessed to have such a talented congregation.

Wonderful, warm, inviting parish. Whether you know that you are Catholic, or think that you might be- come visit. Fr John is truly and obviously called to the priesthood. He’d love to visit with you. Services Saturday evening, Sunday morning and Sunday evening. If you like praise and worship music, you HAVE to experience Doug and company Sunday at 5pm.

Great parish. Great people. Wonderful priest. Good religious education classes for children and adults. A large number of ministries. Good music, traditional and contemporary. 4 Masses on the weekends. We would love to have you join us.

Was just passing through town and looking for an evening mass. Was greeted at the door, the environment and atmosphere of the community was warm and friendly, mass was beautiful and on point. Hope to visit this community again next time I pass through town.

The fathers are really nice

Beautiful church. My grandmother lives in temple and is a regular at this church. The priests are very nice. Whenever my family is in town we love coming here.

While visiting Temple on a Friday, stopped in to experience their fish fry. Large portions, well cooked. We enjoyed our meal.

Very reverent and emphasis on Blessed Sacrament appreciated. Excellent homilies worth paying attention to!

Beautiful church, beautiful service. Was there for nephews baptism and confirmation.
