I felt safe knowing my loved one was in good care. Sofia Padin and the intake department were very helpful/kind during the referral process. Will refer again!

I was a patient at their Outpatient clinic. Everyone who works there seems to actually care. I would 1000% recommend Outpatient.

Bro the adult units must SUCK, but my experience was amazing in the Brazos units I made friends, staff was amazing, and food was great, big shout ot to mr. Tewey, Miss Dot, Mrs. Haley, and Miss Crystal-Love

Seems as my grandson learned some good and some bad..he had good experience with staff and others. I believe of all the places we checked out the day we took him,one week ago..this was the absolute best. It was his first and prayerfully his last. Give respect to staff it's a two way street. Give them a chance. Be prepared to have a pretty good wait time being intake...thank you to all Canyon Valley for help for Isaac

It was absolutely amazing considering where I was. The staff was very attentive to our needs even though they were very very busy. They definitely still make time for us. Michelle, Crystal, and Nathaniel and Maria are phenomenal all of the staff were stern but fair. Definitely would recommend to others!!

At first, everything seems intimidating but they treat you like your family. I can only speak on my experience but I would like to thank the lovely staff for taking care of me while I was experiencing a tough time in my life. Personally I know Ana, Bj, Jerrod, Denise, Shelia, Odis, Siul, Eli, Alfred, and Angel were my favorite people to interact with as they saw me for who I am not for who I tried to be. The kitchen staff was so kind and so was the custodial staff. It was mentally challenging being around other people in the hospital but they always tried to make sure that I was okay. Thank you Canyon creek. I never plan to go back here as I have all the tools I need to live a proper life now.

The personal at this facility were very helpful my loved one was there for about a week and she was treated with respect and dignity, when my loved one first got there I had a little situation that mrs Parker was able to assist me in a very timely manner, as a parent of an adult daughter with mental heath issues I have to be her voice at times and I am very grateful for the staff and Mrs Parker for all that they have done and will continue to do for there patients. May you all always find favor in God hands

Beautiful, calming hospital. Awesome staff all around who go above and beyond to make the patients comfortable during their treatment. All rooms are nice and patients are looked after and taken care of 24/7. Therapy is interactive, relaxed, and motivational. Discharge process went smooth and they make sure you go home with all of the resources you need and appointments set up so you can’t fail. The food tastes great too. I can’t think of a single complaint.

I hope they’ll stick to the program they have because it’s what mental health care needs to be modeled after.

I can't speak for the inpatient experience however i can say my experience in PHP was phenomenal.

I came in broken lost lacking coping skills to handle the trama I've been through. I decided to give PHP a chance i decided to give myself a chance.

We started group therapy with a wonderful wonderful therapist Mrs Kathy. She was extremely helpful insightful full of knowledge and care for not just me but for everyone in the group. She taught us so many skills. That i use as tools now. She is careing and honest in our journey. She is excatly what canyon Creek needed.

I urge you. If you are coming from inpatient give her a chance. In 3 weeks ive seen a huge difference in myself. Even though i still have a long way to go. I know there is a silver lining now. life is Worth living. I belong even in a world that made me feel as though i didn't.

Im excited to see my journey in IOP as i countinue to grow and learn. And shout out to Steven our transportation man. Whenever he picks us up he always has amazing insightful lessons he teaches us to get us pumped up for our journey He has us thinking about things in ways we would not thought of. He is amazing and canyon Creek needs a Steven like him

I was sent here about a month ago for major depression disorder and I came with a horrible mindset but after leaving I feel way more valuable.
You have people to bond with your have people there for you they try their best to make you happy..and overall I loved my experience
