My service rep Mike was fantastic- he helped me out in a pinch. I was in the way to work and found a large screw in my tire. He had my tire looked at quickly and I was given several options. Because of the great service I received that day I chose to temporarily but safely patch the tire and come back a few days later for a tire replacement. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond what’s expected and turning my tire disaster into a great experience at Casey Toyota!

Took car in for inspection and oil change and requested information on recommended service for mileage points. Received information from Mike Ross without pressure to complete work. Work was completed quickly.

Fast and efficient service, with everything clearly explained and priced before execution. Clean and professional environment. Free WiFi and coffee in the clean, quiet waiting area means I can work remotely while waiting for the work to finish. All in all, a great experience.

I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning on a non appointment day and service was done within a couple hours. I received a phone call and an email letting me know my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. They let me keep my vehicle with them until the end of the day. Great customer service. Called to remind me for VA inspection and make the appointment before the end of the month. Responded to my ask about checking my AC and scheduled that for the same time and fixed it. All smooth and positive, courteous and appreciated.

They are always great. They have always managed to find an appointment time for me within the dates I need. My only complaint is that they need another detailer!

No arguments, disagreement, just a honest statement as to what is needed and why I would advise anyone, needing vehicle service, to give Williamsburg Toyota a chance to accomplish an efficient solution to their needs, and to their complete satisfaction.

Service was very good. It was prompt, responsive, and polite. My only complaint is not related to service, but a corporate issue. I was disheartened to be charged a fee for use of my credit card. Toyota is not enDearing itself to its customers by doing this. It feels like greed.

Ordered parts for my Tundra several times and had work performed on the vehicle! Always no issue. Definitely ecommend and will go back for my Toyota Tundra 2022 needs!

The Casey Toyota Service Department provided timely, efficient, and courteous warranty repair, giving me a reason to visit one of my favorite places, Colonial Williamsburg.

Great. Car broke down on Sunday. Had car towed and dropped off. Car was in the shop on Monday before 0715 and I was on my way by noon. Courtesy vehicle sent to resort to pick me up. Only thing better would have been for battery not to have died
