Panera Bread

Ordered tuna sandwich. The amount of tuna was a thin veneer. I love the taste of Panera tuna, but the serving portion has been less and less over the last few years. I will not order again.

Food was awesome, but the highlight of my visit was the customer service. The service of this establishment was unlike any other place I’ve been. The service was above and beyond the kitchen staff, to the individuals behind the counter, and the managers everything..

Manager was super helpful (ponytail, he was a little taller as well) walked around and asked us how the food was. Also gave us a sample of a new item coming out. Food was absolutely amazing!

It's Panera. I enjoy their food and coffee. If you know thier menu, this location is right on par. Easy to get into the parking lot, and thier drive thru. Use the Perera app and it will be ready when you get there.

So I'm easy to pleasey and I got the dish on this dive. Food's always fresher than fish in Massachusetts and tastey. However, you'd have thought they put some crack in he chimney because prices are through the roof. No more chocolate croissants either. We might be finding our new lunch munch on a Saturday somewheres else.

This is newly built and just opened. The place is nice, with a friendly staff. There is a nice outside sitting area for nice days. It’s nice to have a Panera on Richmond Road.

One of the best panera locations I've ever been to. Friendly staff, our food was ready quickly despite it being busy, and the food was top notch. They also have a more varied menu than other locations I've seen, including vegetarian options (which is important to me.) The only downside is their baguette was subpar similar to the baguettes back home. I don't think this is the location's fault however, only one Panera I've ever been to had good baguettes which is kinda silly considering their name lol

Never had a bad meal or drink! The staff here are always so nice and friendly!

I love having real estate meetings here. It's a great atmosphere with wifi and delicious food. The food is prepared fairly quickly too.

Lots to like here...
- My daughter and I visited after Softball practice on April 11th
- She convinced me to use the kiosk, even though I didn't want to because I'm an old grumpy Dad that doesn't like to try new things lol. Anyways, the kiosk worked really well, and it very easily logged into my Panera account which I hadn't used in a while. A lot of places have some type of rewards program, but they never seem to work well. This was not the case for Panera......WELL DONE.

- It was delicious as always at Panera
- The restaurant was very clean
- The Manager working at that time was FANTASTIC. He went around checking on people, making sure everything was okay. He was running orders out to the mobile pickup. He was offering to take care of people's dishes when they were finished. He was just FANTASTIC.

I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich since I was pleased to see such an American staple on the menu. It was hearty and delicious. I was a little thrown off by the ordering process only because it wasn't clear that the drink cup came with the rest of the meal. So I waited in a separate line for a drink cup that I didn't need. But that was a minor point of confusion. The dining area was clean and the wait time was reasonable. I recommend this location to anyone especially after a long day of shopping at the outlet mall.

Just stopped in for a quick coffee and Mandy's delightful greeting and service was "inspiring" even after full day of Mother's Day celebrations

Am a sip club member and stop every morning . Always hot coffee, smiling staff, and delicious food.

Wow! I haven't eaten here in awhile, but I may start again. Bradley greeted me, and took my order. First, I would like to say this young man is a delight. He is ALWAYS pleasant, polite, and very customer service oriented. They didn't have any decaf and he went to the drive thru to get me some twice. I ordered the You Pick 2. 1/2 Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich on White Whole Grain with a Cup of10 Vegetable Soup. Everything was delicious!
My sandwich was put together with care. (I mention this because there have been times when it seemed like it had just been thrown together). NOT TODAY :-) Soup was yummy! Order was correct! What a pleasant surprise. I have only been going there for coffee, and to pick up an occasional dessert, but I will go back for a real meal now. Thank you Panera Bread for a good experience today :-D

Panera Bread at 6399 Richmond Rd Suite 100 in Williamsburg, VA has excellent customer service.

The consistent nature of Panera is great!!!! I won’t go on about their soups, just deliciousness in a cup or bowl, my fave is the tomato. The gentleman behind the counter was wonderful, informative, courteous…..a baker was prepping a rack of trays of focaccia, she was gracious and told what she was doing and why, I still buy theirs! The cinnamon rolls and danish are love in your hands.

Really clean store. Seems like an odd position in this type of building but it works great, felt like I was entering a professional office space. They have electronic kiosks to order, regular register or you can use the app. The service was quick and friendly. They accurately filled my order. I was impressed with a return that they did for a customer, that in my opinion didn't deserve it. The cashier didn't balk at the request and quickly refunded the money with a friendly attitude.

Second time my wife and I have stopped here on our way to Hampton from Richmond. We each got the same things both visits. I got the chicken bacon flatbread pizza and she got French onion sound and the Mediterranean sandwich. All were consistent fresh and delicious. The staff has been super friendly and the service was quick, even with a steady stream of customers. This is our new go to place when we travel to or through Williamsburg! 😁
