Sonic Drive-In

Fast service and good food! Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Location is great, right by the highway. Most important restaurant looks clean! Update 3/28/2022 : I went here the other day for a drink, was told they are short staffed and I've cream machine down. Then I went back today, ordered and employee gave us one wrong drink and a chocolate shake that looks like it's seen better days. Presentation of food went way down hill. Maybe because they are short staffed but still take some pride in your work! It might be awhile till I hit this location again.....

I’m had the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. Was so delicious. Cooked perfectly, burger was moist, bun soft and flavor was perfect. One of the best burgers I’ve had in Williamsburg. Next visit I plan to try the peanut butter burger. I love to try new things!

Place was clean. Staff was nice. Food was brought out shortly after the order which is a plus since most places around this area like sonic take a while. Food was good. Highly recommend for anyone going on a road trip or just a quick lunch.

Quick and accurate service. Friendly staff. The food that was supposed to be hot was hot and the food that was supposed to be cold was cold. Everything was perfect

Food was good. Had a breakfast burrito. Ariel our server was charming. What can you expect at a drive up parking spot for atmosphere.

Great food as always and a clean eating area. Service is fast and the food was amazing, I always stop here when traveling to Virginia Beach.

The waitress was great! Very pleasant and jovial. Drinks were good. If I could change one thing it would be the sugar content…too sweet.

We went late last night, at 1030. Chin helped me with my order. Everything was correct and cooked well. I would definitely visit again, especially since only a few palces are open at this time.

I did not have enough money and the guy bought my drinks. I was so embarrassed! Thanks dude!

I haven't been to a bad Sonic yet. They have great food, and the drive-in feel is still the best thing ever!

Raymond at this location is absolutely amazing. I stopped going to Sonic because i have had so many bad experiences but the customer service this man displayed was superior to any experience i have ever experienced . He had extensive knowledge on the menu . He was extremely patient with my 90 year old grandmother and he was able to even tell us different items to try out that we might actually enjoy ( things we don’t normally get)

Got friendly quick service at the drive thru. Food good as always. One thing that would be great for this and all Sonics is an upgraded drive through system that shows the order just like pulling into a stall.

I was serenaded in the drive through by a beautiful man, 10/10.

Slushies all around. They were super quick. I made myself look like an idiot though... the man brought us our drinks, and I wanted to say thank you very much, but I panicked and out blurted "Thank you a lot." My wife and kids all laughed at me and I was sad on the inside. But the slush made me feel MUCH better. Grape is the way to go. Go there and get great treats.

I used to go to this Sonic fairly often when I worked near by on my break. Bailey would always come out and greet me and talk for a bit. I would order the same thing every time. One day Bailey had told me that every time they saw me pull into the parking lot, they would start on my order. It was out in seconds everytime. They ran out of steak one day and went to Walmart then and there to purchase what they needed for me. I've never experienced such great service, dedication to customer satisfaction, and proper management. They are very worthy of 5 stars

Food was good. Sonic messed up our order and took responsibility of the situation without asking. My only recommendation is to attend to bathrooms a little more but also understand with everyone being short staffed.

The food was good so good, especially the chili cheese fries and the cherry limeade. It took a really long time for us to get our food. But it was worth the wait.

They took my order and then charged me and handed me a cup of ice and said "good night" and that's the funniest thing that's happened to me this year. They did finally come back and realize it was the wrong order but honestly 12/10 would be given a route 44 of ice agaib
