Decent food and quick service. The restaurant was clean and not crowded. Came for the $1.29 crunchy taco Sunday special.

Rob the cashier was great and helpful. Continuously moving and cleaning the place.

I've been here twice. (ON 2 separate occasions). Let me tell you it is great. Make a right at the light and ring the TACO bell at the highest point in Williambwrg and cash in on a hearty meal from the finest around.

This is by far the best Taco Bell anywhere!! The staff that works here are the most polite, friendly, and amazing group of people to work anywhere. The drive-thru is super fast, I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes in line no matter how many cars are in front of me. If you love eating Taco Bell then you need to only eat from this one!

Always great service, always open late. Plus they got the Mexican pizza back!

Always clean. And they always get my food perfect. Maybe they forgot sauce a few times but thats not a big deal for me. I always enjoy my visits here and the staff is always good to me.

Got everything correct on the order, great food, and they were all very nice with great customer service. Disappointed they don't have nacho fries, but loved trying the volcano taco (which was new to me - but wasn't as good at the Doritos locos taco).

Everyone is extremely friendly. Staff is amazing. They actually took the time to edit and customize my meal which was the steak power bowl

We were crunched for time on a Friday evening and not sure we’d have enough time to stop for food, but we had to eat. We stopped at this Taco Bell hoping we’d be able to get through the drive through with time to spare. The employees working here were very friendly and quick. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we got our meals. We ended up making it to our scheduled event with plenty of time to spare. Our food was fantastic as well. This is now our favorite Taco Bell in town!

This is, hands down, the greatest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Like wow I’m serious. Such an incredibly well run establishment. So clean. So orderly. The food is presented exactly as it’s advertised. Like wow. Wow. This Taco Bell is worth the visit!

The service was phenomenal! The gentleman taking my order, at the counter, had closed the night before and had been there all day, this day, when I arrived after 6pm. He still had a pleasant demeanor and was very helpful and patient with my order/ordering. When my food was placed on the counter (to-go, large family order), he noticed how it was going to be difficult for me to carry several drinks and several packages and proceeded to give me a drink carrier, and went and got a large bag for him to place my entire order into. I didn't have to ask for anything! He was fantastic and I hope his manager knows what a great employee they have working for them! My visit was on 2/1/2019 @ 6:15/6:30pm.

We stopped by about a half hour before closing. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding. My family was in the area on a trip. I would almost drive another 3 hours to eat there again.

Usually my order is on point and exactly what I want every time but last night I was served a quesadilla that was still cold on the inside and the cheese wasn't melted at all. Hopefully this doesn't become a recurring issue.

Never gotten my order wrong nor did I ever get an attitude, fast service and affordable.

Hands down, my best Taco Bell experience ever. The young lady who was making my order was very thorough in ensuring that I received the correct ingredients on my customized burritos. She even noted that I wanted extra onions on part of my order, but not the rest, so she asked if I preferred onions on the rest. I did. That's something I never encounter in the D.C. area restaurants. It's the customer-centric focus like the one she demonstrated that wins customers.

Food is always good. Customer service honestly depends on who's working. Most are friendly and have communication but some are not very talkative or welcoming.

We stopped here for dinner on our way home from out of town. We got tacos and the party pack nacho box. The nacho box was prepared perfectly. Just enough of each topping and PLENTY of jalapenos. Food tasted great and looked just as appetizing. 👏🏻

Their hospitality there is unmatched from any Taco Bell I have ever been too. A small town kinda Taco Bell feel that no other I have been to had offered. Just want to congratulate all the night crew workers you guys are awesome!
