McDonald's

This is certainly one of the better McDonalds I have been to. The shamrock shake and my burger came out very fast and the service was very good. My food tasted fresh and this location is very clean. The outside still has that older McDonald’s feel but the inside has a modern interior.

I think it can be a little better. When I go in for breakfast, I like to have my orders correct. I had to at times repeat myself what my order is and also review my receipt and explain what I ordered. I understand you can be short staffed and I get it. You all are doing an excellent job. No shade coming from me. #PositiveVibes

This McDonald’s is wonderful.
The service here is exceptional these days you can’t blame places when they’re slow sometimes as they are usually short staffed.
The food here is always fresh and delicious.
The restaurant is always kept clean and tidy.

Give star service!! As always this McDonald's has served up delicious food in a timely manner and shown fabulous customer service!!! Will eat here again!!

So we all know the food is barely fit for human consumption, but they are quick if you're in a hurry and hungry. The employees are jovial and generally professional. The atmosphere is alright. No better or worse than any other fast food places.

Quick, stop and go, without an issue, Mcdonalds. Stopped in for a quick lunch to go, ready in under 5, and I was even asked while waiting if I needed anything.
I'm not a big fast good guy, but I'll pay attention--- hence this quick review.

I recently picked up food from this drive through. I got to the pickup window and saw the manager dealing with a customer. The customer was yelling, screaming, and cussing. I could not believe what I was hearing. I was surprised that they were still quickly getting everyone’s orders out… This McDonald’s does not get enough credit. This is one of the best McDonald’s in Williamsburg. They are always quick and my food is always correct and delicious….I am here to say that the manager that day handled this VERY well. Our fast food workers do not get enough credit. She was polite and very nice to this woman considering the circumstances. She definitely deserves a raise! Whoever is managing this McDonald’s, you are a great manager! -And as for the other employees, they are always very friendly. I hope someone sees this and they get the credit they deserve.

The first time in a long time I went to a McDonald's and the service was fast, the food was cooked and assembled perfectly, it was piping hot and delicious and the customer service was great and friendly. I remember a time when every McDonald's was this awesome, now sadly, it's an anomaly. Thanks for the great experience today. You folks are doing it right.

Nice very clean location. I ordered ahead on the app and picked it up inside. Seamless service with minimal interaction. I was in and out in 20 minutes, including time to eat.

This McDonald's has to be the best I've ever been to. My wife and I have 5 kids. Of course they all have different tastes buds and their orders are different from each other. I did a mobile order, and to my surprise every bit of it order was correct and the food was fresh and hot. Will make a point to come back we we're back in the area! Great job guys!

One of the best McDonald's we've visited! We always make it a point to stop here after our trip to water country usa. Service is fast and friendly, fries are hot, they get our order correct, and all important.. they remember our dipping sauces!! Remembering the sauce seems to be a problem for most locations, but not for this location. Its a must stop!

The staff were SO sweet, the line moved super quick despite being long. The food was very hot, my Partner and I were very pleased with the food we received. Definitely will make this a destination location for any McDonalds Cravings!

It's exactly what you expect to get from mcdonalds. Ordered a special request, and everything was fresh and tasted very good.

I just want to say that after eating at McDonalds I felt 45 years younger. I was able to leap tall buildings and outrun locomotives. I also had the experience of flying several miles without Red bull. I mean I was flying with no wings only my arms to maneuver my body thru the wind. And the best thing about the Chicken nuggets was when the nuggets took a nose dive into the delicious container of BBQ sauce. I couldn't believe how the sauce was so inviting to the nuggets. It was like they were long lost friends. Amazing.

The store is realy big for my family

Coke and strawberry creme pie ordered through drive thru. No problems. Speaker was a little low on volume but everything went perfectly.

This McDonald's is run better than most. Drive through is fast, food orders are accurate and hot. Good management there.

I had no problem with McDonald's today I rode a bus to take an elderly lady some georcery and stopped by there on the way back. I order a chicken sandwich and a pineapple/mango drink wasn't there 5 minutes so I still had plenty of time to catch the bus. You can walk in and order to go or use the app from your phone or can drive thru but which ever one you use their employees are very nice and get your food to you in a short time. I would tell everyone to stop by McDonald's if they wanted something to eat or drink.
