There are two locations in Williamsburg. We decided to visit the location on Richmond Rd. We were so glad we did. Good home country cooking. The employees are so nice. The food is served in large portions and taste delicious. My wife said her strawberry cheesecake French toast was phenomenal. My daughter loved her Caprese grilled cheese was delicious my son had a big boy burger. And I had open face turkey sandwich. It was really good. Lots of Turkey. We started with fried pickles. My daughter's favorite appetizer. We also got the hush puppy basket. If I had any complaint it would be on the hush puppies. They were kinda greasy. Fresh made not frozen. Maybe the oil needed changing. We ate some of them . But everything else was so outstanding. We are looking forward to going back and try something else on the menu. Oh and the bathrooms were very clean.

Great local place for breakfast. Service was helpful, friendly and kept our coffee topped off. Food was well prepared, hot and delicious. Will make this a regular stop on morning trips to Richmond.

Egg-zcelent breakfast!! 🥚 Much better quality of food and service than the other location. The kitchen manager is on point, putting out wonderful plates. My son ordered the breakfast sandwich 🥪 which looked and tasted 😋 fantastic! Will be ordering this next time I visit!

The Club Sandwich 🥪 was super fresh and extremely yummy!! 😛 And I have not had better prepared Fried Okra in years!!! 😍 Would return for just those two things alone! 🤯

Classic Bennie was wonderful with the garlic fried potatoes! My other half had the Breakfast Burrito, which was delicious as well!

Well, I'll start with the nostalgic feel of the surrounding area that makes the establishment fitting. As typical, I'm trying out new locations, starting with my first camping trip. I googled, checked the reviews, and took a chance. The food was fresh and on point. The garlic-fried potatoes are seasoned with some soul. Since I can't make French toast anywhere I go is the choice. Crazy how you can make French toast with any bread, now not everyone is good, my apples was a the perfect blend on my French toast 😊. But I'll give the the thumbs up.👍 husband pancakes, grade omelet, grits and toast was good too.. I tried their tropical mimosa pineapple, and well, I felt the mood change🤣. I have to mention that orange juice was not the go-to. I'm not sure what kind. But the aftertaste was something I did not need to linger on my palette. Other than that. I can return if I'm in the area a 30 min drive from where I live.

Good fun kid friendly breakfast place. Family owned, service was fast staff was very helpful when it came to helping with the menu. A lot of food I was stuffed, kids enjoyed their food also. Had Turkey options for people that do not it pork.

I love this place - our family has made a tradition of stopping here on the way home from our annual family trip. They have fantastic breakfast, and their service is top notch and really makes the whole thing extra enjoyable. Their corn cake breakfast was unique and delicious; they also have excellent omelettes. Honestly everything I have had here is fantastic. Only complaint is that it's too far for me to go on a weekly basis. Highlight of our trip, highly recommend!

Such a great restaurant! Been to both locations and this one is in Norge. Food excellent. Great service. Fast. No wait for table at lunchtime. Tried the cheeseburger and Chesapeake fries. Both yummy. Burger chargrilled. Fries perfect. Love this place. Highly recommend you try this place.
Updated September 6, 2022 -- Late breakfast here today. California Bennie (eggs Benedict) so good. Perfect poached eggs and homemade Holandaise. Fast, friendly service.
Updated February 2024 - Love Honey Butter's. Food always good. Fast, friendly service. Clean restaurant and restroom. I don't eat here often but I love their menu. Pancake big as a plate. Eggs Benedict excellent. I always get that. Hollandaise sauce is homemade. Great food and good prices. Good coffee too. Highly recommend.

I didn’t get any pictures of the food, but trust me the food is homemade country cooking with love and well priced. My family of five ate like kings for around 120 bucks!!! Customer service even better, I had to pull the manager aside just to compliment the staff. My pre teen daughter was having a rough day and the waitress cheered her up so much, she couldn’t stop smiling as we were leaving. Come for the food absolutely, but stay for the hospitality and positive energy of the staff.

The food was great. The wait time was unreal. 25 min for a 2 top with 6 tables open. The need to streamline the table turns. Waiter took order right after we sat down, dropped off coffee, someone else dropped off food, waiter came back to drop check. Very impersonal.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places in Williamsburg. While they have many tasty looking breakfast options, like the shrimp and grits, I get the fried catfish everytime. I have brought friends here and they and their kids really enjoyed the food.

I had a great time here, I ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, add avocado, and it tasted great. It came with tater tots and coleslaw. The portion was huge and a lot to eat but it was very tasty.

My daughter and I stopped there on a Sunday afternoon close to the 4 p.m. Sunday closing time. The place was clean including the restroom. The waiter was friendly and helpful. I ordered the hamburger steak with onions and there special of fries with old bay seasoning. My daughter ordered a salad. When the meals came out they were both very large. The fries alone were worth the price of the blue plate special that I ordered. The hamburger steak was very tasty. I'm glad I stopped there as it was my first time there .

The staff at Honey Butter's were very friendly and welcoming. Portions are huge so be ware you can probably share :) I'm a particular eater and I enjoyed my breakfast for lunch. Actually finished my leftovers for lunch today. The French toast was so thick fluffy my husband said it was like fried dough, and he loved it! The pancakes were just as fluffy and pretty thick for pancakes. Good place for anyone who likes good breakfast comfort food. Thanks to everyone at Honey Butter's for the awesome meal!

Take the time to drive a few minutes away from the typical Williamsburg breakfast crowds. The food is amazing, the restaurant is clean, the service was awesome, there's no wait, and if you want a breakfast cocktail they can serve it to you. I had the breakfast Garden omelet with avocado and salsa and "real" seeded rye toast! It was delicious. Forgot, the coffee was amazing too. Go there...you won't be disappointed. I don't normally take the time to post a review but felt this place deserved a review.

11/30/2023, we ate breakfast there today. Our server was Jasmine, who did an excellent job. We both had omelettes. Very good. Very large full of meat, potatoes and vegetables. Served hot with toast or biscuit. The place was clean and well maintained. Recommend you give it a try. Looking forward to eating lunch there in the future.

The food was phenomenal. The portion sizes were enormous. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

Great little place to say the least. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. If you are looking for a good place I would highly recommend this place over any big chain place like iHop. Do yourself a favor and stop by this little hole in the wall.

Great food. The veggie omlette was savory and satisfying. The shrimp and grits was very tasty too. The sauce, a sheer tomato bisque, sits on top of a generous amount of shrimp. I barely made it to the grits before I was full
