It's BK. It was quick, hot and got the job done. From prior reviews, it seems like they've corrected some things. She even said "we are under new management and things are great!"

Tried the new Spicy Chicken Sandwhich, I must say superb, highly recommend. Staff here is exvellent, this location also has full dollar menu, can't beat it. Very much satisfied, will be returning.

Great early morning breakfast. Food was made right in front of me, service was great. Food was hot and tasty!

The food is always hot you usually have to wait but I don’t mind because it’s good when it’s fresh.

Had a Wonderful morning having breakfast at this Burger King with my Grandkids Summer Camp kids. We stopped at this location after spending the night at KOA CAMPGROUNDS. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the service was very fast considering we had 26 kids and a very large order which The fulfilled in a very timely manner! There was maybe 30 orders of French toast sticks also 20 sausage biscuits and countless drinks and nothing was wrong, cold ore wrong!!! Thank you Manger because you really made our dining experience one to Remember!!!

I brought my kids here for a playdate at the indoor playground. They had fun!

There was a line already when I pulled up. Being that I had been craving Burger King for weeks, I stayed in line, and it was worth it. Once the car that created the line was served we flowed smoothly, and my husband and I received fresh burgers. Neither one of us could finish our burgers, but I did eat more of mines. Also let me state that we were down there for a few days because my MIL had to have quadruple bypass surgery in Norfolk.

It’s Burger King. However, they’re quite understaffed at the moment :( I hope they return to a full staff soon

I had a great experience visiting this Burger King location. First I used the online BK App to order for my first time. The app was very user friendly and ordered on Whopper Wednesday. My father LOVES whoppers and we got a great deal on our food. I ordered and paid for our food online. Then when I was in the area that afternoon I just went to the drive up window and told them I a prepaid for an order and gave them my order number. I drove around to the pick-up window and picked up my hot order. The young lady at the window was very professional, courteous and FAST. My order was correct. I call this a wonderful experience and I will definitely order from Burger King again and at this location!

Came in for a chicken sandwich and had the manager devan give me the best service. He was pleasant and attentive and definitely made it worth my first time in this particular store.

I enjoy visiting this Burger King. Since moving to Virginia this drive through provides the best customer service. I always get what I request and there is never a mess with my order. I also appreciate the fact this location honors the discounts from my mobile app. I would visit this place again and I recommend you do the same and don't forget to download the burger king app.

This is the best Burger King that I have been to. The service is outstanding. Our food is always so hot and fresh. I look forward to going there for lunch. Instead of dreading the drive through and hoping my order is correct. These guys are awesome. I appreciate the positive customer service and the quality and care that goes into my order. Thank you.

It's the best thing when you get your order the way you ask for it. Hash browns along with French fries are just not good if they aren't hot.

We were hesitant to go here based on the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. They were slow but the food was hot and fresh. Customer service was good.

I hope I have the right location. We flew into Richmond Virginia from Orlando, Florida (about a month ago), heading to Great Wolf Lodge, and stopped at a Burger King on the way...not too far from the airport. The food was amazing. The best part, however, was, the greeting from who I thought to be the manager. He came out and was very friendly. I appreciated the time he shared with my grandson. We all felt very special and we're grateful for our visit. Thanks for treating us Florida folks with care!

Had a great experience at this burger king. employee cleaning bathroom walls with bleach!!!! Awesome especially during flu season. The lady at the counter was sweet and food came up super quick and very hot!

We frequent BK often, at various locations. We are visiting from Mississippi and were VERY impressed with the staff at this location. More than once we were asked if all was great and if we needed anything else. The three establishments back home could take a lesson from this store.

We had great customer service tonight! They were kind enough to sell us the last Ch’King sandwiches when they thought they were sold out (it’s the sandwich my husband had wanted to try!) they were made fresh and well worth it, great kind service too!
