I approached Nestor with a cracked laptop frame. I bought the part and contacted him for assistance with installation. His service was personable, professional and prompt. Rates were very fair, better than at least two mobile electronic companies I approached. His advice and insight shows he has a lot of experience working on all types of electronic devices. Although I went to his location for faster service, I know he does house calls. Don't hesitate to reach out to him for any laptop or cellphone repairs!

Micro Center charged me 40$ diagnosis fee and 200$ for hard drive. F*** them.

Excellent dedication to satisfying the customer. USB Port on Android Moto 6 was loose/not connecting well to cable in early August. He had it replaced within a day. Made extra effort when there was a glitch which was not his responsibility. Honest and hard working. Would definitely recommend.

Nestor did an excellent job with replacing the screen on my phone for very good price compare to other places. Very honest person. Definitely would recommend.

I got the repair done for broken USB 3.0 on my seagate 2TB backup plus external drive’s PCB.
I also got an enclosure purchased from eBay but since the drive was bitlocker encrypted , it was asking to format the drive . The only choice was to repair the USB 3.0 or hire recovery services and pay $1000s of $.
I got a replacement USB 3.0 , 10 pin socket from eBay but it was not the exact fit . This made it more challenging . Nestor came up with a work around and gave me the repaired PCB board in time as promised . I tested and was able to see my files finally . Thanks to Nestor . Highly recommend this electronic repair shop .

The job was done with quality and the service fee price was very economical compared to other shops .

5 stars/100% satisfaction and here is my story- i tried to find an electronics repair store from Chevy Chase to Poolesville. I found five. I went to all 5 addresses and all five addresses were out of business. I found Amazing Arrow Electronics online. So I sent him an email stating I had a child's high-end elctronic toy and that I was only going to pay so much if he could repair it. He diagnosed it initially just by a picture. He had me bring it by. It proved to be an intricate electronic nightmare for him, but did he succeed? Yes. Did he try to charge me more? No. Did I pay more? Maybe I added a tip but only because he committed and fixed it, but he did not ask for anything more. He and his company are a rare breed and anyone who hires this guy would be lucky to have this gifted and honest electronics expert at their employ.

Amazing service! Communication was phenomenal as well. All around amazing experience. Will definitely be going back for any future repairs.

Mr.Rojas is an excellent and professional with all the jobs he is been done for me, from repair a cell phone, switch Nintendo, screen, this guy is amazing he knows about electrical jobs and he did install the motions lights and was very professional and very neat and the installation, the same way was with the camera for my car, I recommend him very highly, is responsible, affordable, and adjust to your time and needs and try to what is best for you as a customer .
