The food isn't always that great, but the customer service is the BEST! Especially Jason, he is ALWAYS so pleasant and friendly. To be honest, he's the only reason I still go there.

First of all I just wanted to say the food was delicious and perfect the service was beyond exceptional I can say that the manager Jason was really helpful , courteous and polite and went above and beyond to serve us like we expected. we didn't have to wait long before we ordered it was just a few seconds and we were greeted. Our order was promptly taken I got to say the atmosphere was wonderful I noticed everyone wash their hands which is a plus and our food was really fresh and delicious I would recommend going to Hartselle KFC!

WENT TO DECATUR TO GET A 20 pc chicken meal coupon they wouldn’t take drove 30mins to Hartselle and they was so happy to serve us. Thank you Hartselle KFC YALL WILL ALWAYS GET OUR BUSINESS!!!

Tyeisha was amazing. I was blessed by her tonight, and will definitely be back. Y’all go getchu’ some KFC. A wonderful experience and my taters were on point!!

I came in tonight, for dinner to Go the service I had received you don’t find it much anymore, this gentle men was so helpful, very sweet and kind. His customer service kills are out of this world, I do hope the company sees a great employee as him. I did get his name thank you again David. Bless y’all

The employees work very hard there to get the job done right. Even though there are days when they are short staff they are still friendly and the food is good. And if you ever have a problem with food or service if you bring it to the manager attention then something will be done about it. Kfc is an all around good place to eat in Hartselle Alabama.

I’ve got to give a shout out to your district manager working the drive through Rashauna. During this pandemic I’ve met some really rude people, but this lady had a smile on her face, and talked to me like I was human. She went beyond what I was thinking, because of others. Thank you for hiring such a caring person.

The young man that waited on me was very nice and if u have a worker of the month it should be him today is Monday around 2pm I didn't get his name he is a black man and I don't know what he is ding different but the food is better and u don't have to wait long anymore

We have never had a bad experience here and we come quite often. The food is always good & the employees are always pretty awesome.

The lady that was on the window was great! I appreciate people who are kind, courteous, thorough & make sure everything is perfect for you. These folks are few & far between.

I ate the best chicken sandwich meal ever at this KFC location in Hartselle. Chicken Littles sandwich meal with Georgia gold sauce is the best. Plus 5 tenders meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, 2 biscuits, 4 Cinnabon biscuits, plus 2 drinks. All of this for less than $20, and it is great quality at this particular location. Day time employees are very nice.

We went and we asked for a complicated order and the told us about promotion and it’s a perfect deal and they were so nice and patient :-)

They try really hard and do great here at this KFC. Decatur is not close to them. A great job! Especially Ms.Celina

Didn't go here today. Went to nursery across street. But KFC has excellent food.

Hartselle location is awesome. Friendly and efficient. Decatur store repeatedly would not answer their phone, so goodbye Decatur, hello Hartselle location!!!
