I’m still here and will be back soon finally after 3 months of being in Hartselle this place is highly recommended great food excellent service and clean restaurant bringing the food instead of calling a number is great. Price was expected for quality of food stop going anywhere else. Came back for drive-thru great service and food thank you

One of if not the best place to eat in Hartselle!! The food is fresh and hot. If you do have an issue the fix it ASAP with no issues. Keep up the good work!! Oh and the staff Is friendly and helpful as well.

OK update on our experience there. Ordered a family pack over 2 hours early and told them we needed to pick it up at 5pm. Got our food drove to falkville and they left off half the order. We did not get any if the 10 pieces of fish. The man at the front was on his phone and had ear buds in hid ears thr entire time we were there.

We paid 50 dollars for this meal and we will not be back for a while. I just left a 5 star review and this is the thanks I get!!!!!

Bought dinner for four people and the price was $70.00 for normally $10.00 meals. This is fast food. Not a gourmet restaraunt. Your prices are ridiculous! I won't be back until prices change! Totally ridiculous.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The food was cooked fresh. The manager was super helpful and friendly. The restaurant was spotless. Definitely will go back.

My wife and I came in about 630pm on the 31st. The crew that was working were the friendliest that we have encountered in a long time!

The guy that was working the front counter this evening 1/2/24, was great. He was wearing an orange shirt (no name tag). Maybe a Manger? Great customer service. Very kind and courteous and carried on conversations with several. The food was great as well.

There were at least six people working. They were delivering food and cleaning tables rather than standing around. It's a pleasure to eat at a fast food restaurant that actually is fast, and they appreciate you being there.

Restaurant was busy but plenty of available seating in the dining area. Our order was prepared quickly and accurately and brought to our table. Plenty of self serve condiments and drink selections available. Restaurant was clean and comfortable.

It’s amazing to walk into a restaurant and be greeted by people that actually want to serve you and great food!!

Wanted to make this reveiw for my guy Justin never meet till this day he serves on the front line lol works the window even tho i had to wait 20+ mins on my food he never made me pull round apoligised for my wait twice and even give me a large sweet tea for the wait sorry it took me weeks after to post buddy told him i was gonna that day i hope youre mamagment sees this cause u have a really postive addituide and it made me amd my 3 year old daghters days when we left she said dad i was like yes baby ahe said Justin was very nice cause i asked his name to make my review i then said he was a very down to earth dude lol thanks for being polite justin

September 10, 2021 I placed an online order and arrived at the location a couple of minutes before they said it would be finished. I decided to go in to pick up my order since the drive through looked busy. There were at least five employees working diligently to fulfill orders. The gentleman who waited on me was courteous and professional. I received my order exactly when they said it would be done. I ordered two grilled whitefish with shrimp skewer meals. Our food was hot and delicious! Keep up the good work Hartselle Captain D’s! I highly recommend your business.

This Captain D's was the best...the sweet lady at the drive thru was so courteous & friendly...the food was great everything was hot & the best part was how this lady spoke to us...she asked us if we needed anything else & thanked us...so many people don't do that anymore... I will certainly drive 25 miles to get such great service & amazing food...❤

I have never eaten at any Captain ads before today. The food was really fresh and hot. The Mac and cheese was super good! At this location the drive thru staff was very friendly, very polite and helpful. I will be eating there again keep up the great food and wonderful service!

First time at a Captain D's. Fantabulous service very helpful and uh, patient! Food was great even with my opinions on breaded fish. Had oyster strips, okra, and a big fish sandwich. No complaints, I'll be back to try some grilled stuff and things soon.😜

Great seafood at a great price! They still have their classic fried fish, but they’ve also added salmon to their menu and it’s a good portion for the price! I’ve paid more and gotten less at other places- and it hasn’t been as good! There’s always coupons in the paper too, making a good deal even better.

I had to give a review for the great service and food we received today from this Captain D’S! The best food all the way around and I forgot to ask for sauces but when I got home she had given us all the sauces we would need for our food! Keep up the good work!
