I’ve ordered steamed and cracked lobster in a tray from here three times this summer and it got better each time! Absolutely fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced. Probably the best price you’ll get in town. The 2+ pound lobsters are quite the royal experience.

Theres also lemon. butter, cocktail sauce, and more for sale to complete your dining experience. Grab a tray and head out to the beach to dig in with no shame.

Came back here after our great experience last year. Tried the oysters this time around and they were also delicious!! Better than anything we have had in a restaurant, and so fresh! Will be back tomorrow for more!

Perfect oysters - incredibly fresh and tasty. Amazing lobster rolls - full of lobster salad. And the most important great thing is people who works there. They were so nice! They helped me with decision around what to take (and they were right!). And also they helped me to take my food to car.

Amazing fresh oysters and littlenecks! Better than any restaurant we’ve been to in Montauk - had to go back for more right after trying our first dozen :) There were no seating available but the food was nicely packaged so you could bring them to any picnic spot around town.

The freshest, tastiest clams on a half shell that I have ever had! Super friendly staff. Ate them out of the back of my SUV, but still amazing!

I can personally vouch there seafood is Fresh because it gets flown in non stop flights from Northern Pacific. It’s not sitting on a boat or truck for week or 2 in transit .

Just walked in thinking about making a seafood boil was helped instantly got an amazing deal he was so nice and friendly he asked if we wanted to leave the pot and he would stack it for us was the best meal we’ve had in years so much fun to learn how to cook what an amazing place will be going back each year we camp hither hills state park

Great place to enjoy fresh oysters and clams. Stuff is super friendly. Their smoked fish spread is a must have. Great selection of crackers, olives, spreads and seasoning. Definitely coming back!

Completely hooked on Peterson's Seafood Market (excuse the bad pun!) The fish is superbly flavorful and fresh. Excellent selection too, including an awesome lobster salad. Courteous and efficient service. A great addition to the center of Montauk.

Fresh, local delicious fish served up by the nicest duo. Had amazing clams that I steamed, and we grilled fresh tuna on the bbq. That and the chunky flavorful fish dip made for an outstanding dinner. Thanks Peterson's! They plan to be open year round, which will be great for Montauk.

Peterson’s Seafood is, simply, terrific. Incredibly fresh fish, direct from Wes’s buddies’ boats. It literally can’t get any fresher, unless you catch it yourself. As good as the seafood is, the guys do an even better job at the counter. From advice about how to prepare the fish to tips on shucking oysters - they’ve got you covered. A real “locals” store in town, with a super convenient location near the beach.

A.K.A Lobster Lady 25 :) These guys are the BEST. Exceptional service and great personalities! If you are planning to order lobster, go to Peterson’s. They steamed and brilliantly cracked 25 lobsters for me. They are my go-to anytime I’m in Montauk!

Bought some extremely fresh fluke, a little panko and the griddle and it was amazing! Our new favorite fish market in Montauk! Doug was a fantastic salesman too.

The world’s freshest fish!!!! I have been a local for over 20 years and was overwhelmed with this place. With Covid ruining most businesses finally we have a true, local Mom and Pop fish market with better and fresher stuff than big chains. Loved it!

Guys who served us were great. Very personable and very helpful. The lobsters were super fresh.
