We spoke on the phone and he was very professional. I let him know it was a concrete tank and would have to dig to find. He came out and was on our property for about 5 minutes before getting angry and saying "this was a waste of my time and diesel" and storming off..... he didn't offer any options just put his tool in the ground one time and said it was too difficult. Would NOT recommend.

Was given a price and told they would do the job and the day after they were supposed to do it they cancelled because my customer needed a sign off sheet and they wouldn't fill one out because there word was good enough for doing it and they didn't have to do it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We had our main line back up in April. He claimed to come out and dig out the access, clear the main line, and pump the tank. Charged us 290 dollars. Well last week the main line was backing up again and there was water coming in from around the main access in the basement. Whitehead & Hancock came out and discovered that when the house was built and back filled, a huge rock was pushed on to the main, crushing it. So basically all of our septic was just going into the ground, hence the water coming in around the main. They also discovered that the access was under 12-18 inches of dirt that had NEVER been disturbed, and the tank had NEVER been used. We were taken advantage of and changed for services never performed. If you're going to work with this company, make sure you're there to watch the work actually performed.

They deserve negative stars. Needed tank pumped, and clog in inlet line fixed and lid dug. They didn't fully pump the tank...still 1/4 full and didn't fix the clog. Didn't hose out tank or nothing .very unsatisfied .

Called, to get a quote for a new septic. Granted I live 1.5 hours away. However when the man wont even talk to me about my problem. Must not want to work. $10,000 job must not be worth it. Waste of my time, and phone call.
