Dr Munson is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative, keeping me engaged during the whole exam. She is very thorough and explains everything she is doing. She has modern up to date equipment. I have always went to Ophthalmologists before I went to her and she blows everyone I have ever seen out of the water and I believe a lot of it is the modern equipment she uses and her whole approach to customer care. She explains everything and is very responsive to questions I asked. I will never go anywhere else again. I couldn't be any more satisfied with the care I received there from her and her staff.

I am deeply appreciative that Dr. Munson and her staff are fully complying with common sense measures to protect public health during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have been a patient of Dr. Munson for several years, and I find her to be professional and personable. I would recommend her to anyone for vision correction and routine screening for eye disease.

I love Karoline Munson. She had been my families eye dr for years... very thorough and is good with kids and autistic kids as well.

Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere are overshadowed by concerning billing practices. Failure to disclose potential charges upfront is at best grossly negligent. It's my hope that Frankfort Vision Center does not condone unethical business decisions and that our issue simply illustrated the need for training. It's a shame that one egregious misstep they wouldn't rectify has cost them three patients.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Munson at a Frankfort location. Simply not kind and extremely confrontational from the get go. My 4 year old was not masked (not required under our mandate, however, i would have gladly put a mask on her if someone had simply asked. She did not like the way my 7 year olds mask fit so she taped it to her nose. She ridiculed my 4 year old daughter for having a "nasty blanket" that was probably causing eye irritation. When it was her turn to have her eyes examined Dr. Munson was not patient, rude, and saying things to my child that she actually wanted to say to me...instead she took it out on her.

When she found out my children and I had been to the beach that really sent her over the edge. She spoke to her staff, loudly and in front of other patients, that we had been to the beach and I was putting everyone in the office at risk for not having a mask on my 4 year old.

When I spoke up and finally began to defend myself and tried reasoning with her that we were responsible and socially distanced she proceeded to raise her voice at me and tell me I was putting her and her patients at risk.

I decided to just allow her to treat us poorly because frankly, I wasn't going to be able to reason with her.

She simply wasn't kind to us at all. She didn't offer a mask or ask me to mask her..

Just continued being passive aggressive.

My 7 year old said "that doctor wasn't a kid person."

I feel badly for her staff. They were all extremely kind and she simply was not.
