From the front desk to the tech and Dr Lance is awesome. He really listens to you if you have a concern and is very thorough. The techs are so very welcoming and friendly. The person that ordered my son’s glasses was very helpful and down to earth.
Overall great.

Dylan is so amazing he helped my daughter learn how to use her contacts. He was patient, encouraging and very positive. He gave an exceptional experience and I want to show my gratitude. Thank you so much Dylan!

I was greeted when I arrived. My appointment was on time. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. The tech was thorough, explained each test and the importance of the test. Dr. Lance Long was patient, he explained the results in detail and it was obvious he wanted to get me in the best prescription. Wong was amazing helping me pick out glasses. I won't go anywhere else.

I always have a pleasant experience. I like to browse the frames occasionally; and when I do, someone always ask if they can assist me and when I say "I am only browsing" they allow me to do so without trying to sell me something. I appreciate that! Dr Stallard is the BEST!

Wonderful doctors and wonderful staff. I came in with a corneal abrasion and they immediately took me back and rushed to work on my eye and give me some relief! I highly recommend Vision first of Frankfort, KY.

All the staff and Dr. Long are very nice. I have not had a bad experience in the three years I have been going there. Any questions I have had have been answered throughly and I have never felt rushed.

Upon entering the office we were greeted by a very welcoming staff! We were sent back for the first set of eye tests and the assistants were very nice. Dr Crum was very through in our exam! She was very warm and friendly and answered all our questions. We were never rushed at any point. I would recommend this office for eye exams! We did not buy frames so I am afraid I ma not able to give an opinion on that aspect of their business.

Dr. Stallard is the best. He is very thorough in his exams and is caring. And the staff is professional, caring and efficient.

I love coming here. Dr. Long is amazing and fun to talk to. He is really great with kids, too! Chase adores him and isn't scared at all to do the things he asks him to do. He is very patient and kind and actually listens to the things you say instead of rushing thru the visit just to get to the next customer. My vision center for as long as they are opened! Update: still the best eye doctor in town! Love vision works!

The atmosphere in the waiting area was very inviting. The check-in kiosk was easy to use. The staff technicians were friendly and knowledgeable about the screenings they provide. Dr. Crum was my optometrist. She was very thorough with my exam. She took extra time to explain what was happening with my vision. The ladies at the front that check you out were so nice. They reviewed everything that occurred during my visit and confirmed if I wanted to see an optician for spectacle fitting while I was there. I only observed the opticians as they were working with a family that a young child was getting glasses. Amazing customer service all around!! Highly recommend Vision First for optometry needs!
