I wish I could give more stars! They are the best auto shop in the area, David has “Great customer service”! I was a walk in and they took me right on the spot , had me in and out in about a hour for a brake pad job all around. I’m very particular about who works on my car so trust these are good people. I will be back to get new tires and anything else i mite need for my car.

Hello, I want to start by saying THANK YOU to Joe and the great team of mechanics that work at Middlebrook Exxon Service Center in Germantown, MD. I recently moved to Maryland and needed a safety inspection, but I needed a place that was open on Saturday and close to home.
I went to the Exxon station bright and early on a Saturday just in case my car needed some repairs to pass the inspection. A very kind man by the name of Joe was at the counter. Once the inspection was completed Joe called me ( in the timely manner that he said he would ) and told me everything that needed to be done. He also explained to me in great detail using a model on the wall in the shop of the things that had to be replaced. He assured me that if I had the work done that day my car would be ready by the end of the day! (Which was my concern.) I didn't want to drop my car off and then get the phone call at the close of business telling me my car would be ready on Monday! My car was ready by early afternoon and it drives like a new car. This is a GREAT place to go if you need your car repaired. The shop is very clean and the staff is friendly. My experience was great.

I have been here twice, once to fix a flat and once to replace my tire sensors. They are good at what they do. I have recommended them to others as well. I am sure I will be back for other work done.

I walked in one day and David was so helpful and professional. He was a listener and wanted to fix my car. He asked to test it, and will call me with diagnosis. He did, and I believe his words and experience. I got the work done, he was very reasonable, and fair with his prices. I didn’t feel like he was overcharging me and the work was excellent. He is now my mechanic. He just did some more work for me excellent, fast and convenient. I got my car the next day, which is usually the case, but it’s worth it and it’s going to be fixed right!!! I would definitely recommend him and his staff to everyone who needs a professional, fair, experience mechanic. Thank you

I took my car here to see what was going on with my transmission. Joe was the best the whole time/process. He is a very honest man!! I trust him with my cars and business. He will not lead you astray. Highly recommend Joe!

Great place to get your car repaired! Very knowledgeable for what they do! They really care about their customers. So let’s support them, go up and ask for Dave or Joe, and no, they didn’t pay me to say this, they just treated me with great customer service.

I am a long time customer. I've been bringing my car to Joe for 20 plus yrs. I've had 4 cars and always brought my vehicle here. Now my lasted vehicle needed a new engine. So David and Joe fought with my warranty company. All they wanted to do was replace my camshaft, lifters/ rockers. In which Joe told them that would just solve the problem for a short time, after 3 adjusters I got my new engine. Thanks to David and Joe. They are the best!!!

Very polite and friendly staff. They worked professionally and had my car ready as quickly as possible. I will recommend them to anyone who needs any service on his/ her car.

David took care of my car with a fresh set of brake rotors and brake pads! My car was back on the road faster than he initially informed me. Excellent customer service and great price also!

I've been using these guys for roughly 15 years. And they are the best. Joe and David offer excellent customer service and genuinely care about you and your your vehicle issues. I feel like they treat me like family. I've taken my vehicles in for simple things like an oil change all the way to a transmission replacement. They do it all from foreign to domestic vehicles. If your looking for honest, reliable and reasonable price mechanics...these are your guys. You won't be disappointed. These guys are Awesome!

This Auto repair was recommended and referred by a friend that does my routine oil change for ten years. David the mechanic was friendly, fast, and informative. He finished exactly as stated, did not gouge on price, and was patient with question which is what I loved. I want to say thank you. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to this mechanic shop for about a year now and they are awesome. David and his co-worker are very helpful with finding the issues with car. I love coming here because they are honest and have reasonable pricing. I do not love that my car is used and seems to have frequent issues but they do a great job with my car.

Needed my battery changed just before they closed, and the guys literally put their jackets back on and got me in and out in minutes. Also I had other work done there in the past to have my car ready after just a day. Good service provided quickly and at fair costs.

I’ve been a customer of the repair shop for many years. David, Joe and their repair team have always been fair, friendly and very accommodating for any of my car repair needs. I would definitely recommend them for repairs big or small.

Excellent service , very honest people. Car drive like new car now . They stand behind their work , took my buick back it was leaking power steering fluid after new rack and pinion was replaced , they found out the problem was defective part . They replaced it again at no charge , no argument . Very courteous staff . Definitely i will take my cars to them .

I was in a bind because of a faulty caliper. When I got to the shop, David said they would take care of me within a few hours, and they did as promised. They did a great job and I’m certainly satisfied with the service they provided.

Been taking our cars here for mechanic service for the last 3 years. They are very honest and have never oversold us anything. It's nice that you can drop your car off after hours and have it back the next day. Have had tires, brakes, belts, oil changes, and alignments done here. I usually deal with David and he is really nice, don't know what that other poster is talking about...
