I experienced excellent service here at NTB tire. All the staff I met where pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my service to my car. Great job.

I took my car in for routine service and was assisted by Kevin. He was great throughout the whole process and kept me updated with any findings and as to when my car would be ready to go. So helpful with everything. I will definitely be back!

Just had a question about something the Tech found and when I called back to get clarification Kevin answered the phone and was able to assist me through all of it. He even got me on the schedule at a time most convenient for me. So friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

I recently had my baby “Lola” repaired at NTB in Germantown!!! “LOLA” is a 2013 BMW 335. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Steve and Cassandra. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly and attentive. I was contacted before any repairs were started. During the calls they took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed (to include any unnecessary repairs). They provided fair and transparent estimates. What truly stood out was their speedy turnaround time – my car was ready sooner than I expected, and the parts were ordered immediately!!! The quality of the repair work was exceptional. I felt like my car was in good hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this NTB for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive services. This was my first ever visit to a tire & battery service shop and it was a wonderful experience overall, so smooth and easy. I visited to get a replacement for one the tires of my vehicle, as it got damaged from some collision.
The staff was super supportive and helpful in making me understand about the charges, the process and the available options and overall it was great. I definitely recommend this shop and would be coming here in case I feel any issue in tires or batteries. They even did complementary checks to some of the key parts if everything is working fine in the vehicle.

A pleasurable experience at a tire-shop! Yes, it was! I rolled in the wheel from my ex-wife's car complete with what appeared to be 2 large stab wounds in the side-wall. In about 20 minutes Steve told me the new tire was mounted, balanced and good to go. Made my day!

Getting ready to board a flight, but wanted to let you know that you guys are lifesavers. My tire sensor kept coming on. I called NTB since they’re around the corner from me. Kevin said if I bring it now he could have someone take a look. I did just that and was able to get me in/out in no time. I’ll definitely come back to get the recommendations taken care of once I’m back in town. If Kevin isn’t already a manager then I’d be surprised. Feel free to contact me if you’d like more details. Very thankful to the service crew, especially to Steve. They were able to fix my converter without having to replace it, which saved me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend! Make sure to call and book in advance - they are very busy and have a large clientele.

I went in to get new tires and a new battery and was throughly impressed with the quality and quickness of the service. Unlike other shops, they took the time to tell me what I needed without offering additional costly services that I didn't require. The team was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They even took the time to ask me about my current car usage to provide tires that I needed versus just giving me the most expensive option. I recommend this NTB for all your services and needs. These customer service minded workers did a great job on the car that I brought into their shop. They were very knowledgeable and professional and proficient in their work. I will return in the future for more work on any car that I may have in the future

Great service! I had a tire give out on me the other day and had to put on the donut. Decided to bring my car over to the Germantown NTB and they had my tires all replaced (and the donut back in the boot) in two hours time.

My experience here was absolutely wonderful! David really addressed all my questions and concerns and delivered great customer service. His communication was wonderful and made sure I was well informed. I will definitely be coming back again and will highly recommend this place to everybody I know.

Amazing staff! I was told it would take 1.5 hours and it only took a half hour. Great tire prices and wonderful service. I definitely recommend NTB of Germantown.

Fast, reasonable price, no one would dismount a run-flat tires, they were able to do it same day with in an hour

Quick, friendly, and efficent service. Steve was welcoming upon my arrival and they were able to get me in and serviced 1 day earlier than my scheduled appointment!

I did a walk in for a bubble in my tire and Eddie at the front desk took great care of me. I’ve came to this location in the past and had warranty on my tires but the new system did not show that information. Thank God I kept the receipt and Eddie made sure my information was re entered into the system. Thanks again Eddie!!! The staff was wonderful as well.

Steve was excellent. Superb customer service. Car complete at promised time. We were traveling through and had to replace 2 tires. Felt we were treated like a repeat customer who’d bought tires there before

David and Stevie were amazing and very helpful, fixed my car by the time I got out the gym!! I always come here to get my car worked on , they are the best and I definitely Recommend!!

NTB was absolutely fantastic and saved the day. Outstanding costumer service and kindness. We were stranded with a punctured tire that could not be patched and they were the only store in the area that had our size tires in store. So grateful for their experience and prompt help on a Sunday morning! Thank you all again!
