Kudos to Judy. I came to the register with 2 boxes of diet Mountain Dew cans. She said: you know, they're 4 for $16.98 (or something). I said: the sign says 2 for 8, but it's fine, I'm not going to argue with you, but you may want to fix the sign. She said: let's go look. I followed her, and sure enough. I said: you're absolutely right, I apologize. She pointed out: they're on sale if you buy 4. Do you want 4? And then she helped me carry them to the register!
She was very gracious and calm and helpful. Fantastic and appreciated customer service!

I was looking to piece together a photo related gift for my wife and the decorative frame I purchased had very specific dimensions that Walgreens doesn’t print. Jacob went out of his way to assist me in cutting down the picture I had printed to fit the frame. He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond.

The pharmacist and his staff are by far the best pharmacy in the Brandon and Valrico areas. Not only do they fill the prescriptions quickly and timely but the staff, at least in my personal experience, has by far gone out of their way to make sure my prescriptions are ready for pickup and available at that store. I've had one young lady I cannot remember her name at the moment I want to say it was Andrea or Amanda but she picked up my medication at another Walgreens and brought it to this one to make it easier on me. The pharmacist himself is very knowledgeable obviously and cares. I went in to have my shoulder replaced and he brought to my attention I needed to quit one of my medications before surgery which I then verified with the surgeon and the pharmacist was absolutely correct. To me all the things I just listed are things that are not common these days and for that fact alone I will never go anywhere other than that particular Walgreens for medication and anything else that it sells, if it sells it at that Walgreens just because of the pharmacist and his staff

I was assisted by Rolando today in the photo center. He was very helpful! He saw I needed help and asked to assist me before I had to ask. I also saw him reaching out to help others co workers and other customers. In the short time being in the store I was able to tell he is a great asset to walgreens!

I have a very bad needle phobia, but the person giving me my covid shot, Travis, was amazing!
He made me feel so at ease, and it was so fast. I was probably In the chair for less than a minute. Definitely coming back for him in the future!

They always have the medication I need, it is rare if they don't. It takes them a bit longer to fill your medication here than some other places, but they always text you when it's ready. The pharmacists and techs at the drive-thru are always prompt and nice.

My drive through testing was swift and easier. The representative was friendly and conveyed the information in a simple manner.

Latisha did an amazing job she checked out quick and easy very friendly,helped my mom get her birthday coupon because her birthday is tomorrow,I had an AMAZING experience because of latisha!

Caring, truthful employees, willing to help you all the way. Excellent inventory of medications and what they don't have in stock they order it for you.

It's always been solid there. I just left and could not find what I was looking for. JaNisha (hopefully I spelled it correctly) went above and beyond. Not only did she keep looking after I was done looking, she found an item and sought me out in the store.

Its a busy Walgreen's and people don't like to wait. It's fairly clean and in a safe neighborhood so don't see why there is so many complaints.

I shop here every Thursday. Miriam is my girl she always knows what liquor I want.

Rolando at the photo not only was sweet but fast I had horrible experience at 3 other stores and he right away took action completed my order and had nice conversation hard to get get service but rolando had it down pack thank you for your help!!

I have been using Walgreens for years. They are the few that are open 24 hours near my house. I have no problem getting my scripst
