Publix Super Market at Lake Brandon Plaza

Liberty in the deli/ hot food area is so kind and made today's trip to Publix a bright and great experience! If you want a smile on your face go see him! He has an amazing personality and smiled as he helped us with our order. Thank you!

This is the best Publix in the Brandon/ Riverview area. The Deli is great and have great chicken tenders and subs. The meat dept has good cuts and is very clean.

I was in and out so fast. I checked out with a cashier. my groceries were bagged. It was a good trip. Competent cashiers and knowledgeable workers in the store helped me get the items I needed.

So I came to Publix to get soda and chicken for my kids party but, I just realized I forgot the chicken for the party after I started to ring everything up in self checkout. Alex in self checkout held my register while I ran and got the chicken. I. Really appreciate it so much cause I'm late to my own kids party 😔🎉🎉

I normally don’t make post but I had to for Brian. I put in my order to be finished by 11:30 and ready for pickup and it wasn’t ready when I arrived. (11:30ish) Brian saw that I was looking for an order that wasn’t there . He knew my name and kept me updated on my order status every single time something came up. He is the textbook definition of a hard worker with amazing customer service skill.

Publix has always been there right choice for good clean fresh shopping. I have never gone wrong with public. It may cost more than other grocery stores, but well worth it in it's guarantee on freshness.

Very busy on the weekends. Large, clean well-stocked store. Wonderful deli and sandwiches freshly made to order. Very large produce section and bakery.

Basically all Publix made Hot and Cold food are yummy.
The new Sub line is a bad idea and needs some experience guidance and that starts at the top with the GM.

I have not been making frequent visits to the Publix deli because there's always one person working the line that holds everything up.
I did go back and that did not change.

Sublime used to be a problem but there has been improvements

Went in to get Lotto tickets and Arizona Tea. The tea was not on the shelf and appeared to be sold out. I asked one of the associates to see if there was more in the back. Another associate came out and guided me to an end cap a few aisles down.
Very good customer service.
