Loyal customer !!!! This is one of my favorite stores aside from WORLD DISNEY!!!!! They have great product and great quality. Alex and Brandy always help me and they are amazing!!! They always have specials going on too for people who are apart of the e-mail club. Loungefly is my go to as you can see!!! Definitely recommend 1000% shopping here :)

I come here often with my girlfriend and always stop by on our trips to the mall and the customer service is always amazing and the staff are incredibly helpful, I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re into anything anime and sanrio

One of the rare good stores remaining in this mall. Staff is always friendly and I love coming in to browse and chat. If I'm ever looking for something and I can't find it, they are always helpful. I love that they keep up with their social media also because sometimes I wouldn't know about an item if it weren't for them posting it. I've managed to score so many great pieces for my collections because of their Instagram posts.

It was almost closing time. I made a mistake and went back to do an exchange that was a little complicated and Anaya was wonderful. She didn’t care it was a little passed 8pm. she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thank Anaya.

The whole staff always makes me feel welcomed and never feel bad for asking for help. They are amazing! I just learned about BoxLunch a few months ago and now I'm a regular because of the merchandise available and choices. But when I started going in the store the staff makes you feel welcomed. A special shoutout to Alex, Scarlett, Edd, Jae and Miranda. They are always very pleasant and you can tell they care!

I love love this store so much. I’ve gotten a bunch of stuff online, but nothing beats shopping in the store. The employees are so nice and so helpful and I was so appreciative of that today. All the stuff is great and great quality. I got like 50% of my Christmas gifts here.

Absolutely LOVE this store. The staff are always kind and helpful any time I am in there. And I go often. They have new items every time i visit and I love that. They have merchandise for almost any popular movie, show etc. I am a huge disney fan and they have such an awesome selection of disney shirts, purses, wallets, mugs, etc. I have many a t shirt from this store and they are all super comfortable and well made. I tell so many people about this store. I am a HUGE fan.

I absolutely LOVE this store for their Disney section. They always have different odds and ends and different Disney themed book bags, shot glasses, wine glasses, you name it. The staff is always very nice and helpful. I go online and order stuff they don''t have in store and have it delivered there for free and pick it up also.

Amazing place to go get gifts for others or gifts for yourself. They have a variety of genres when it comes to their merchandise, some popular, some popular for older folks. Reasonable prices on all their products, always have some sort of deal going, and the employees are always helpful and explain everything thoroughly.

Best store I've been to in years. Hot topic but better, cuter clothes, cuter merch, more versatile gear to buy. They not only have Fandom related clothes: ie my hero academia, Disney, Animal crossing, but they have reasonable prices and good quality as well. They also had a decent figurine collection, something I've rarely seen in physical stores before. Friendly service too! Full package place.

A lovely little pop culture shop. A wide variety of products, from figures and pins, to t-shirts, jackets, umbrellas and other paraphernalia of popular shows, games and other sources. Their shirts are incredibly soft. And pricing is similar to other shops that share the same product base. I've only ever come across two of these, the other located in Florida Mall. I would love to see more locations pop up.

They have lots of really eat stuff here. My wife loves to get tshirts, I like the wall hangings. The staff are friendly and love to geek out about the various franchises that is represented in the store.

Welcoming staff store is a little cluttered, but is categorized fairly well between the different items and genre of items they have for sale. I like that all new releases are stored by the registers for ease of finding and purchasing. I like to visit this store and hope they open one in Tampa eventually.

I love the entire staff that works here - they make it truly hard not to buy anything when you walk into the store. You always find something new and fun to enjoy when you walk in - wallets beware!

Whatever your pop culture fandom is - they've got something for everyone.

This is a super cool store! Lots of pop culture stuff sold here..the staff was friendly and very helpful! I wish there was a location closer to me. I'd definitely be a more frequent shopper

I absolutely love coming in here after work and especially on the days when I know I'm looking for something in particular. And other times when I'm not even looking for anything. All of the staff are always so nice whenever I'm in no matter what the reason. The store never seems disorganized or messed up whenever I'm in there. Maybe its because I come in late, but most of the time there's nobody in there so it's just the staff and I left to joke around. The store itself is for select type of person that collects things from TV shows and movies. And yes the things may cost a bit more but a portion of the profit goes to feeding the homeless and just hungry in general. So go ahead and hate on them for having higher priced goods, but at least they are doing something with some of the money.

Alot of items displayed at great low prices and the personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Lunch Money is the best. I have gotten many a Loungefly half off because of stacking my their promos. Love the selection of Disney merch. Also a lot of Studio Ghibli products. Prices can be a little high, but worth it to me.
